I am going to start this review off with something good, there are a few workers there that truly care for the children. There was instances where I witnessed one worker scream in a child face because they were “misbehaving”. I also informed the director one day that the milk was spoiled, and that there were 3 more gallons that had spoiled, and I was told I was wrong and that it was ice even though she wasn’t there to see it, I sent a picture and had told her I felt it and it wasn’t ice. She then proceeded to talk bad about me to another employee and even now continues to tell parents I walked out over frozen milk. Instead of being professional she will tell everyone personal work business, I can understand telling parents I had quit, but why go as far as telling them why, if it was not pertaining to the children, nor was any child unsafe. I never got support or the resources to run my classroom, but I still came up with crafts and fun learning things for my kids to do/keep busy. As far as I can say, I would never recommend this daycare, to take your children or to work here. The director is only there in the mornings for about 2 hours then there is no one in charge until she comes back to do bus run then leaves again. The reasons I left and did not want my child going is the same reason many other teachers have left in the past and recently.

We have had our girls at LLLC for two years and we could not be more happy with the care they receive before and after school and during the summer. The entire staff has been great and we are happy to have a safe fun place for our kiddos! Any time the kids have issues they were brought to our attention quickly and handled professionally.

There is absolutely not one thing I can complain about with this daycare they are awesome from the Director to the staff every single one of them are awesome ,awesome ,awesome! My daughter was sick for five days and when we return, pulling up to the daycare she was squirming in her seat so excited to get in there and that is something I have not experienced with her they have been great from her first day getting her adjusted to everything we’ve been through with her they have been completely understanding and completely reliable. My daughters learning so much! I love this place and so does she!!!

It started off so good with them and the so called "teachers" until they hired staff from a place in Justin who closed down, it has become unbearable. The new "teachers" in the infant room are lazy, they blame everything on something besides themselves when kids get bit or hurt. If your child is with Haley or Terra they will get hurt and they will get bit. On multiple occasions when either picking up or dropping off all they are doing in sitting and not interacting with the kids until something or someone comes. The owner amber is extremely unprofessional with all she does. If your child is under 2 do not bring them here!!!
