“I didn't have a bank account and after trying a few places that couldn't take care of a very basic need, Asst Manager Gutierrez got me sorted in less than 15 min. I got a new bank account (I've not had one in years), access to the app, clear instructions on how the app/activation/account would work and most importantly I got my check cashed. These folks were busy when we got in line, trying to maintain cleanliness and social distancing and working tirelessly. Highly recommended this crew.”
“I ended up at this Chase bank, as it was the closest one to me at the time to get my account unlocked. I was met by Natalia, who is the Assistant Vice President at this branch, she was very professional and willing to assist me from the beginning. Although I was extremely stressed and worried, Natalia continued to remain calm and followed up with me after each encounter in trying to get my account restored. After the third day, of Natalia and the president working on my case, they were able to solve the case and get my account restored. I am under the impression they both diligently worked on this issue until it was solved, and most of the time frames were out of their control, yet they continued to reassure me. I am thankful I was able to go to a Chase bank that took the time to solve my issue.
