worst customer service ever!!!! Chrisy Casias and the Manager are total rude sour ladies. I remarried changed my name and wouldnt let me make a transfer, I get it theres rules that have to be explained, however they were so rude about it!

I tried to open a checking account i was told all they were taking is appointments only. I asked if they take walk ins they said yes but they only had time for appointments. I told her okay and left to the bank down the street and opened a account in 30 minutes maybe less. I wont recommend the wells fargo in Pleasanton tx to anyone just bad service there is all your going to get.

Young girl was nice but rude at the same time ,next time I will rather drive to San Antonio and wait in line. There they don't judge you by your bank balances or being an old senior, been w wells fargo since the 80s ,maybe I will just go w frost bank

I only went to the atm. There was no waiting.all transactions can be done at their atm's . The keypad and other functions which some are electronic touchscreen are easy to use.

Wells Fargo is a fu--ing joke!!!! Much less this location!!! I have a check on hold that cleared the 2nd day after I made the deposit. It's their policy to hold 2 party checks for 7 days, even if the check clears! I told the manager I was broke and had no fuel, no money and no way to leave the bank without having at least $20 of the $3,000 check. They said SORRY can do anything for you. I hate Wells Fargo and will never bank there again!!!!!! They are one of the only banks that still have to order in debit cards. Every one else makes them on the spot!!!!! FU!!!!!!!! WellsFargo !!!!!!!

There is no longer any semblance of customer service. Wells Fargo shut down my card when I purchase a present for my husband's Birthday. So I went to my branch to fix the problem. Unbeknownst to me they only help by appointment, which they refused to give me at the t time. Instead I was sent to the automated phone service to either fix the card problem or to make an appointment. So now i have to spend time out of my day on the phone or computer , (and trust me it will take a great deal of time) to fix a problem they created. I will be looking for a new BANK while I am online,also
