Not only is Verizon themselves crooked so is the location. This is not a Verizon location it is a third party sales center with the Verizon sign. We went in to do an upgrade on two phones. It has been a 6 month nightmare since fighting Verizon to keep my bill straight

Always have the doors locked during business hours and they no longer carry phone cases for the Galaxy S23 ultra so they couldn't help at all.

Stopped by to discuss upgrading and reupping our plan. Store was locked, the employee was next door at the liquor store getting change to pay for a pizza.
We waited, but the employee was not at all interested in helping us. I had some information from ATT about their deals and phones and he said to me "Oh, ATT will have better prices. You should just go with them."
So we did. Walked out, drove down the street to ATT, and walked out with two phones. Even funnier, when I mentioned we'd just been to the Verizon store, the ATT rep asked "oh, was it just randomly locked? We had someone else have that problem today too".
My cell bill is cheaper, my service is better, and I'm not inconveniencing the employee who just wanted to eat a pizza.

The store is great The people there are wonderful Verizon service does not compare to T-Mobile but T-Mobile doesn't have reception where I live now.

Thank you Daisy for helping me with my switch over to Verizon. She was very helpful from the beginning to end. She went above n beyond in making the transition very easy n smooth. I had 4 lines to switch over. She was able to get my new phones switched over the same as I had on my old phones programmed. Daisy was able to synchronize all 4 phones perfectly the same. I’m so glad it was you that helped me. GOD Bless You!!!

They are always hesitant to help. They are under the impression they only sell phones. They are not there to assist if you have a problem. They prefer I drive a minimum of 37 miles to just ask simple question or help with a problem that the store on E Basse sometimes fixes at the check in point sometimes before I see a rep. Never had this "lazy" problem with Sprint or T Mobile. T Mobile even added a customer service rep inside a retail store Blue Moon. I don't think I should have to drive almost an hour for service especially if my phone isn't working and I am out on the interstate without a phone. Looking for a new provider.

Justin Poenisch saved the day for me. He got my new phone set up, got all my data transfered and in that data were photos of my late father. From now on I'm coming to him with my business. That guy deserves a raise and a promotion.
