Our Pleasanton UPS Store is not a home run for our Atascosa County Communities, it’s a Grand Slam! I worked with Amy and Ryan on what I consider a complex project. Through emails, phone calls, their professional input, and awesome customer service, they delivered a product that was above and beyond my expectations. The icing on the cake was the reasonable price point. During checkout I met Sarah, who owns this shop, and her display of customer service and professionalism sets the example for the Pleasanton UPS Team.

The accommodations, kindness, and compassion provided to my ailing mother and I while receiving notary services was uplifting. The price was clear, fair, and accurate. Thank you Sarah and Amy for showing us that good people still exist.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. The questions I had about shipping a package was answered thoroughly. When I wasn’t sure of the address, it was going to. They allowed me to take my time to contact my daughter to get the right address no rushing me. No making me feel like I was taking up their time.

Highway robbery! Charged $130 to ship a 1lb envelope within Texas, while UPS site shows 42.50 as the cost. These people are thieves! After paying $130 for a single large envelope, the package didn't arrive for 10 days. So much for express! Don't spend your money here. There are better options and friendlier service elsewhere. This is like throwing money out the window for bad service.

I come to this location often and have a positive experience every time. The staff is kind, understanding, and patient. I never feel afraid to ask questions and I trust the assistance I receive. I avoid going to FedEx or other UPS locations if possible as my experiences at this location have been so wonderful. I have used many of their services including printing, mailing, and amazon returns. I highly recommend this location!!

The most friendliest people on planet earth, have been a costumer for over 10 yrs. They always greet us upon entering the store & help us right away, we’re in and out, just like that I wouldn’t go no where else to have my packages mailed or delivered, hands down the best UPS store around!!!👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‼️
