“So originally I've been with Chalk Mountain since 2010. Started in water department. I left in 2013 for a month to try something out and it didn't work for me. Came back in 2013 and been with CMS ever since. I've worked in the Pleasanton yard and also in West Texas. Definitely the best company I've worked for as far as trucking goes and I'm not just saying that. And this company keeps growing. As with any company there will always be maybe 1 or 2 things you may not agree with within those companies but overall I personally have no complaints. I also love the 401K plan here (4%) match if that matters to whomever is reading this. As far as co-workers and management it's also really great. A really good work environment. Safety is #1 and the equipment we work in is really great. (Automatic). I really miss cluch and stick, FLOATING MY GEARS.... Lol. Well I hope this helps anyone who's interested in joining CMS.
