I recently purchased a Bronco Sport (Big Bend) from Ford of Pleasanton Tx. I was hoping for an experience where I didn’t have to listen to a sales person that was pushing a sale but instead was listening to exactly what I wanted. Not disappointed!!! I have to mention Scott Brown who made sure the Bronco I wanted was delivered to the store. He had to make several deals before he secured the right car for me. The salesperson who listened and wouldn’t let me accept less then what was right for me was Santana and she “Rocked my Socks”. We test drove the Bronco Sport and then I gave her my list of gotta haves and she checked every box. When I was going to except a different color because it was difficult to find that color with what I wanted she drove that Bronco and parked next to the color Bronco I was going to choose. I went with my first choice and Scott found the car for
me. Great team!!!!! Can Do attitudes personable ,most important well informed . Yes, I recommend FORD of Pleasanton Tx and suggest you ask for Santana to help you find the right vehicle.

The people here are always friendly and courteous. The problem was diagnosed, and they gave me a price before starting the work. I was kept informed during my wait about the progress on my vehicle. None of us ever like to have work done, but I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the fair price in doing so.

Josh (Sales Manager) and Lucas (Sales Associate) were accommodating and answered all of my questions. We originally couldn't find a vehicle that had the options I was looking for. A few days went by and Josh called to let me know he had one in route due to a dealer trade and we were able to make a deal! I appreciate the follow up sir!
