1917 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton“Stayed 1 night for a family funeral, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Jason and the lady that worked right after him (didn't get her name) A+ in service. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. No complaints.”

2007 2nd St, Pleasanton“I mean the only real complaint I have about the rooms is I wish they had blackout curtains because the sun rips through those blinds. Other than that they were very courteous about me being on a knights and not coming into the room till after I left. The food was always good and plus who can't complain about free laundry service. Plus the front desk help was always willing to answer my questions and give me the answers I needed”
“We had some very delayed flights today and just could not drive the 3 hours to our final destination. We found this was a "work" approved hotel so we decided stopping would be our best move. We did online check in but found once we got in that they are in renovation process so check in online wasent quite working right. No biggie Joshua the nighttime worker was super nice and super helpful. We told Joshua about our travel day and he was kind enough to not only give us our water (we are diamond members, but have noticed that just getting water at Hampton inns is hard to get let alone anything extra) but Joshua also got us some snacks too (hubby is diabetic so this was super helpful as we never had a chance to get dinner). We also had a hard time getting the key to work and Joshua came and helped us. Apparently the fix is to go up with the handle not down. We ended up with 2 queens as there were no kings left, bed was comfy, pillows were great. The head board did some weird creak when we flipped over at night, we did not have a chance to experience any of the other amenities. Do note this hotel seems to be under renovation some parts seem nice and new and some seem like they have not been changed out yet (ripped bed skirt, but soft new pillows). Once again please thank Joshua for being the highlight of our day.”
