“Just signed up. Alpha Iron (Virginia) was so informative and welcoming. I was coming in very nervous but with the information given and knowing there are classes for strength and cardio makes me less nervous. It was great to get a walk through to see what to expect before even signing up. Another plus is how clean the space is as a whole. I look forward to being a better me and be part of bigger/greater things.”
