We loved our trail ride! My husband, daughter and I rode wonderful horses and were instructed by a fantastic team. Everyone was super nice and informative. We'll definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic experience with my little guy going for a ride. The staff was attentive and made it fun for him. Unfortunately we live out of state, but will return when visiting.

Booked a trail ride for my mom and I while she was in town visiting. Niki and the girls were great! The horses were well cared for and very gentle. After our ride they were kind enough to let us meet their beautiful drafts and minis. Plus an added bonus that they rescue and rehabilitate horses to use on their ranch.

Had an amazing trail ride with my family of 5. Niki and her wranglers know exactly what they're doing. The ranch was beautiful and well kept. We will definitely be back for another trail ride.

Our group of 6 inexperienced riders had the time of our lives at the Iron Horse Guest Ranch. From the start, we were welcomed, instructed and put at ease by the friendly, professional staff. Most importantly- we were all evaluated in the corral under the watchful eye of our host before beginning our ride- so we were all reassured by this exercise and with the help of our host and her volunteer monitors, we all had an unforgettable experience :-)

We had a wonderful time! Niki is an amazing leader. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we were educated, safe, and comfortable on the trail ride. Her patience and kindness is unmatched. We enjoyed every bit of our time on this ranch. Highly recommend.

A beautiful property of 40+ acres to take a guided trail ride on well kept horses or take riding lessons. You can tell the horses are really loved. Which makes learning how to ride, coupled with a top instructor and the best wranglers, to make sure your experience is something you'd want to return; We sure do!

We didn't do the tour. We initially just booked to stay to go to Lake Conroe. We definitely will be back. Peaceful. We got some fun photos with the cows.

This was my first time to ever ride a horse and I left so happy!! Niki and her team went above and beyond for me, this will be a memory I’ll never forget and I’m so incredibly grateful for the kindness and experience they provided Animals got to roam free and we felt safe 100% of the time. My toddler LOVED being able to see and touch some of the horses. Instructions were detailed and I never felt rushed. I didn’t even have to worry about taking photos during my ride, Niki took care of that which gave me the freedom to relax and enjoy my ride to the fullest! Hershey, the horse I rode was the absolute sweetest ?.. wonderful staff, animals, and time!

I was looking to surprise my wife with her first horse back riding experience. Tried searching for every place near me, leaving voice-mail after voice-mail, but couldn't get through to anyone until... until I managed to locate Iron Horse Guest Ranch. Nestled in close to the Renaissance Fair and downtown Magnolia, this was the perfect place; close to our home. Setting up the appointment for a lesson was quick and painless; used facebook messenger to work out the best time. Prices varied, depending on the type of lesson, were very reasonable, and all proceeds went back to the horses on the ranch. I would quickly learn that everyone is a volunteer, as this home is for horses rescued & rehabilitated from someone the harshest circumstances. We arrived to meet with Niki, owner and operator. She was an amazing guide and teacher. She and her son helped explain everything to my wife and I prior to mounting our amazing rides; Gunner & Hershey. They were both very patient with our questions, taking safety very important. Best part of the experience was enjoying the ride without having to take any photos. Niki did all of this for us without having to worry, and sent us all of the amazing pics after the ride. All and all, the hour or two we spent here was very special and we will soon not forget it. Highly recommend a visit if in town for a visit, or even living close by. Helping these amazing animals was the best thing ever!

I went on a trip closeby and my boyfriend wanted to go horseback riding! We found the Iron Horse Guest Ranch via google and the adventure turned out so well. I'm super inexperienced and Niki and her team made me feel so comfortable! We went on an hour trail ride accompanies by Niki and her two helpers. She took tons of pictures of us and told us all about the horses! Thank you so much!
