Cute stuff but their return policy is lacking. My older teenager has found cute pieces there and they have some pretty moderate to high prices. Bought a top for $95 to try for her senior pictures and was told she could return within 5 days for cash if it didn’t work but upon return was only given store credit. Won’t be back.

An interesting boutique with several unique items. Pricy but fits the location. The staff seamed OK but never talked to us until I walked up with an item my wife wanted to buy. This seams to be for a younger age group.

Very frustrated with my experience. My husband purchased some items for my for our vacation as a surprise. After one strap of a blouse breaking from merely trying on I was not impressed with the quality and wanted to return the items since he spent quite a bit of money. Return can only be made 5 days after purchase (which I was on vacation for) and afterwards can only be store credit. I know we are in a pandemic and everyone is strapped for money but this seems incredibly tacky. After I use my store credit I will never return to this shop and tell my friends as well. Overall incredibly dissatisfied. The girl helping me was incredibly kind and you could tell uncomfortable by this policy, which is not fair to her.*this review was posted after leaving the store, not after being contacted by a manager.

I just had the worst experience at this store. Terrible customer service. Young employee told me I could return a Christmas gift and get store credit so I drove 45 min only to learn that her manager said no returns. After being treated very rude by the manager on the phone she said it had to be replaced today only. There were no signs ANYWHERE stating their return policy. I spent a lot of money there for Christmas and if they had a sign saying no returns I would have never shopped there. Too risky for a Christmas gift. Anyway, I will never shop there and I cannot believe how rude they were and how desparate they were not to let someone return items. They will be out of business soon with that attitude

Wow. What a boutique. The staff was so kind and even offered me a mask when shopping. Stunned. Forget about their care of their staff and other customers, the clothing selection is so fun and cute! Definitely a real upper after wearing pajamas for 3 months straight!!!

Awesome to shop and feel safe at same time. Highly recommend this little gem of a store. Trendy but also have some awesome staples like DL1961 jeans and hilarious home goods. I felt so comfortable.
