I booked for 1 night and when we got there it smelled so nasty, rooms weren’t clean enough, & there were cockroaches.

Very pleasant hotel for an extended stay. It is very understandable that kitchen utensils (spoons, pans, etc) are not included (a Super Walmart is literally across the street) so that prices are kept low and the staff can spend their time serving their guests and not consisting replacing these 'stolen' (aka accidently placed in luggage) items. Special shout-out to DeAndre for his "take outstanding care of his guests" attitude.
Nearby activities: Since Plano is so close to Dallas, there are so many different types of activities available. The only things missing are a wide variety of Broadway plays and enormous museums.

Don’t like you have to pay for basic necessities but overall it’s okay, did see some little creatures but they came from outside and it was handled immediately.
Walkability: Walmart across the street, Sam is down the sidewalk.
Food and drinks: More than enough eateries in walking distance even if you DoorDash or uber order.

Overall experience at this location has been nothing short of amazing. I've personally had not one issue to date with anything in my room. Upon arrival my check in was smooth and very thorough. I received a lot of useful information. The hospitality portrayed by the staff has been exceptional since day one. I was first greeted and welcomed by Deantray. I've had over a month long stay so far and I have no complaints. No matter what time it is, Deantray is available either by phone or physically if you have any questions or concerns. I must also state Deantray portrays a very kind personality and makes it his DUTY to speak to each amd every person her comes across. He is kind and does his best at providing top tier customer service. I would recommend this location regardless of the length of time you wish to stay. The pricing is fair and expected considering the convenience and amenities that ARE offered. No there is no continental breakfast, however it isn't a deal breaker. We are located in a great area with many places to dine and shop. Of course you may have a rowdy tenant every once in a while, but I have never experienced any unruly or irate individuals my entire stay. Some of the reviews had me EXTREMELY SKEPTICAl About a stay here, but I must admit, a lot of the reviews are misleading and negative this is a great spot to lodge.
I also want to take a moment and shout out JILL as well. She is such a sweet and thorough employee as well. Jill has such an inviting smile and aura when you come into the lobby. She pays attentional to detail and offers top tier customer service as well.
I want to also take time out to showcase Alana who also works in the lobby at times.. the staff here is nothing short of amazing. I could honestly list everyone I have interacted with and said they are amazing at what they do. I appreciate the staff here and recommend this location as your stay when you vacation or any reason at all !
Nearby activities: Dining, Grocery, Shopping, Arcades, Bars etc.
Safety: Unable to access inside the lobby after specific time with a card key. There is NO ACCESS to inside without an active card key. Mgmt and staff make sure they are IMMEDIATELY on top of anything that is out of place on-site. Very attentive and thorough.
Walkability: Lots of nearby places you can commute to on foot in less than 10 minutes.

My stay was for 3 weeks . I must say reading the reviews I was very hesitate upon arriving , however was pleasantly surprised once I arrived. The staff are very pleasant and professional. I have to especially acknowledge DeAndre who really has top notch customer service. It's so refreshing to come across someone who seems to actually enjoy their job. Very courteous extremely understanding and always willing to assist. In this day and age where people don't care too much about providing excellent customer service , they do. Any issues or concerns they definitely address them right away from my experience. The rooms were clean the location is excellent due to the many options for food and dining and the stay
was peaceful. would definitely recommend and stay again in the future
Rooms: Clean rooms with dishwasher full size fridge overhead microwave and hot plate counter to gourmet it up. Plenty of storage space
Nearby activities: Conveniently located near George W Bush toll rd with stores and entertainment within a 3 mi radius
Safety: Unable to enter the dwelling pass the lobby without a keycard
Walkability: Walking distance to walmart and Sam's club for groceries and a few fast food locations for convenience

Elevator was down literally an hour after the guy had already fixed it. This has been a constant issue lately. For those who are handicapped or have a lot of luggage to carry I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Employee's also sweet jiliyah and DeAndre always very professional. They are always going above and beyond to help out guest. Francisco always cleaning and has coffee first thing in the morning this place is a home away from home

The entire hotel including the rooms stink of marijuana and smoke even though it is a "smokefree" place. Couldn't even stay in for 4 hours. Place sucks

Man Listen I read the reviews and I see people tripping but like every hotel it’s some issues I just left a Hilton hotel and trust me you would be surprised. Ok this going to be a long one ok I could make a YouTube but I don’t feel like. One they have great customer service. Two they do accommodate you if needed. The GM is nice but have boundaries I respect that. The room clean when I got here. Been a week going on two. I haven’t had an issue only thing the elevator wasn’t working. But guess what? Next day it was working. I don’t see people hanging in the parking lot as users this is Plano you barely see anybody too much outside. The only thing some of these folks is nasty not the hotel people but some of the people that stay here. Yeah it’s worth it if needed be. So yeah other then that you good.

I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL!!!!They promosed housekeeping every 2 weeks.We didnt get it for months at a time.The rooms are ok.Except for the fact there are bugs,dust,and weird smells.The employee's are all black and tend to prioritize other black people first.(Not being racist)They said our room was to messy even though we hadn't had housekeeping in over 2 months.They told us to clean it in 24 hours and came back before the 24 hours were up and kicked us out.There were pet droppings in the hallways.And the employees were often not at the front desk.They provided coffee but it often wasn't there until after 10 in the morning.There were some very shady characters.Not to mention the extremely bad bug problem.We told the employees about it they said that they would get back to us but never did.There was miscommunication between employees.Multiple times we had to complain about our neighbors being to loud.There were fights between residents.There elivators broke down more then once trapping a person inside for 2 hours.Despite that being a fire hazard.Over all this hotel is worse than a motel 6.I do not suggest!

I was supposed to check in on Saturday night, When i got to the hotel, Firstly if you driving a car, the parking lot is so dangerous, full with crack users, homeless, and too dirty!!, secondly, when i got there everything was closed, i had to call the reception to ask how to get in to check in, but that dude said they are completely overbooked, I kindly asked to open the reception to try to figure out this misunderstanding but he refused, then I asked to talk to his manager because i had a lot of stuff with me that do not allow me to move freely, but he said he is not going to be here until tomorrow morning, (Sunday), i asked for his the employee's name, he gave me a fake name, at the same time, i heard people laughing when i asked for his name, I had to stay outside for 2 hours with no security and safety, the hotel should be glad i didn't have my kid with me, other wise i could sue them!!
-So I guess in 2024 you can pay for something you are not getting, the hotel reception is giving wrong informations ( that's not legal) i have trusted on them, gave them my personal information but they lied to me about a NAME!!!! And also what kind of hotels is it if it's not safe, clean, but poor way to treat your costumers!!!!!!

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemies! It has gone downhill tremendously. We accidentally double paid for two nights and the manager refused to reverse either charge, even with documentation showing the double payment. Don’t stay here!

The exterior of the Hotel was clean and quiet as well as the Lobby although the Lobby reeked of Marijuana. The Hotel Clerk was nice and attentive. The Maintenence Worker was helpful and nice.

Looks like, This hotel has fake reviews
Very bad experience. Bugs in the room. Dirty bedsheets, foul smell, unsupported front desk. I didn’t check for bed bugs but possibility is there. I immediately checked out however hotel didn’t refund yet.
Big No, I am concern for health.
