“This studio is large and has a great layout. I especially appreciate that they have a dedicated waiting area and the ability to self check in via the iPad at the front desk. The actual studio itself is well lit, spacious and has lots of machines.I did the "Mega Lite" class instructed by John and loved it! He seamlessly accommodated all levels of skill and kept the class moving at a nice pace. He was great at explaining modifications to each specific workout with ways to make it easier or harder. His mic and music were set at a good volume where one could hear everything but also not be overwhelmed by loud stereo speakers.John and the rest of the staff were lovely and happy to give me a run down of the ins and outs of the studio, machines and classes. I will definitely be back!”

“My first time shopping at Orvis was a great experience. They are dog-friendly and even have a special floor suited for dogs, so they really mean it. We went to purchase some items specifically for our dog, and even though everything we wanted was not in stock, the very helpful Scott got our items ordered to be delivered straight to our house. He was friendly without being overly pushy, which I think is rare these days. I will definitely be back for items not only for our dog but for me as well!”

“Oh my goodness! This shop is AMAZING! Don't miss it when you stop into downtown Plano! I stoop by every time I'm downtown and I have to be careful because I want to buy the whole store. Some of my favorite pieces of clothing and jewelry are from the feathered nest (beautiful patchwork skirt and the cutest cat earrings). “I love this PB studio!!! I’ve joined others and this one has been by far the best location in North Dallas. The team is kind, friendly, supportive, and funny! I always leave with a smile. They are also very understanding of late cancellations which I appreciate so much as a person whose job switches up my schedule a lot. The instructors are very attentive and make great form adjustments/offer alternative options for motions that fit different levels of strength, flexibility, etc. I highly recommend this Barre workout for all stages of fitness, especially if you’re shy or trying to get back into being active, this community is wonderful and the workout is effective! My motivation to workout “hard” fluctuates, so I really love that I can still feel accomplished and stronger after taking class with the modifications they provide. This is also a very body positive studio among the other members/staff. I’ve never heard negative comments about clothes, bodies, weight, or anything of the sort! ❤️”
“Brooks Brothers in the Willow Bend Mall is a very classy fashion brand. They really know how to represent themselves well with their displays and the quality of their clothes and suits. The employees are very nice and incredibly knowledgeable about all types of styles and how to style the clothes. I've been shopping here for over a decade, and it's always a perfect experience. “Third scrub store I've been to looking for my size in the color I needed. 3rd time's the charm because, although my size is hard to find, someone finally was able to help me. The other 2 stores' staff was unaware of what brands they had and just said to try another store. Planet Scrubs staff knew every brand they carried, even the sizes they had stocked so I don't spend long looking in the wrong section, and they gave me several options and even offered to order my size into the store if I liked a different color or style. He also kept asking why I didn't choose the one I tried to find out what I liked and offered me options catered to my interest. 10 out of 10! Best service at a scrub shop! Got some my size now, so people will take me seriously at work. (P.s. if you're small, don't wear oversized scrubs, your patients will think you're a student or not experienced enough to take care of them)”
“Saloni boutique provides the nice customer service for both buying new ethnic clothes, materials or alteration of clothes. Prices are reasonable and quality of materials are good too. “I went to this location for stylist help and the associate I worked with named Belinda was the most amazing, hard-working, attentive person I have ever met! Not only was she assisting me, but she was also assisting 5+ different people with the same attention and positivity as she was the only associate on the floor. I went in to get an outfit to wear to an interview and she listened to my preferences, gave me styling tips, and laughed with me the whole time! It felt like I was shopping with a friend, and she gave me so much confidence.
The associates at the checkout were also so helpful and patient with me. They did everything they could to make sure I got the best value for my purchases which is appreciated more than they know. I honestly have never had such a positive experience in any other clothier before. Thank you Belinda and crew! ??”
“I went to Gap today and it was very clean and well organized, someone asked if my husband and i needed help, once we went to the counter there was a manager there his customer service was at its best he wore glasses and was about 5'8-5'10 he worked 05-25-2024, around 2pm, he was such a nice person i really do appreciate his time and patience thank you.”
