Love all the vets here, they are so considerate of our concerns for our little furry friend Zeus. Staff is helpful and responsive. You can get pretty immediate responses using their text service. Highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Marble and the exceptional care she provides for my pup! From our very first visit, it was clear that she is not only a highly skilled veterinarian but also incredibly friendly and approachable. She took the time to really get to know my dog and made both of us feel at ease.
What I appreciate most is how thorough she is when answering my questions. No matter how small or silly my concerns may seem, Dr. Marble always addresses them with patience and care, ensuring I leave with a complete understanding of my pup's health. Her knowledge and expertise shine through in every interaction, and I always feel confident that my dog is getting the best possible care.
The clinic itself is welcoming, and the staff is equally friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience. I truly feel like we are in great hands with Dr. Marble. THANK YOU Dr. Marble!!! We took our almost 14 y/o border collie, Jet, into see Dr Marble. In addition to being really itchy from recent fleas (first time in his life), he was really matted and doesn't walk well because of his back. Dr. Marble helped get him cleaned up, which we can't because he's an ornery old guy that hates grooming. The allergy meds are also making him feel so much better. It's been less than a full day and he's already SO much happier and more comfortable. He means so much to our family and we're all thrilled that he's feeling better!

Dr Kimberly Martin is great in taking care of our Rosie .We have been going to see her for over 9 years now ! Every one at Windhaven Veterinary Hospital is always very accommodating and very friendly! Highly recommend it !

I needed urgent care for my dog. Upon arrival, the women at the front desk were very nonchalant and uncaring. Told me that I would need to wait almost 2 hours to see someone. I asked if there were any other facilities close by as this was an URGENT situation. They referred me to another facility that was 20 minutes away. Needless to say, I left and took my fur baby to cityvet across the street. I called the office on the next day to speak with the office manager to discuss the poor service I received. I left a message and never received a call back. I was frantic on upon arriving at your facility. The employees showed 0 concern. Do better.

I recently took my dog, Shadow, to Windhaven Veterinary Hospital for a teeth cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The service and care provided by the team were outstanding from start to finish.
Shadow's teeth have never looked better! The cleaning was thorough, and it's clear that the staff are highly skilled and dedicated to their work. Shadow was well taken care of and felt comfortable throughout the process.
I am incredibly grateful for the excellent service and attention to detail. Shadow is happier and healthier thanks to Windhaven. Shadow gives Windhaven Veterinary Hospital a glowing 5 Paw Stars and highly recommends them to all pet owners.

PS: regarding the auto generated reply thanking me for a positive review. I just wanted to be clear with readers my review was NEUTRAL with a buyer beware sticker attached. I don’t even know if my dog is going to get better yet. Below is my review
The Doctors and Staff are really nice and have big hearts. Having said that, be prepared for the West Plano mark-up. It’s not just the prices are high it’s the amount of testing and lack of coordination and communication with the staff. The assumption is you live in West Plano so you want the best care possible for Fido. So you don’t ask any questions and open your wallet. When I asked questions it seemed like I got multiple answers. Staff seemed two steps behind. Dr. Cummings did do a good job of keeping a lid on tests and costs after I raised concerns. Finally, we got answers and “hope” we have the right solution. It felt much harder than it needed to be.
Update: after my review they “fired” me and my dog as clients. No problem. I will take my business elsewhere and find another Veterinarian

In the middle of storm devastation, a rainbow rose over Windhaven Vet Hospital. At the last minute, Dr Dubose was able to accommodate my sick cat who had not eaten or drank in over 5 days while I was on vacation. They were able to do their own labs to determine cause. Not only was there great care in the office but also a call after to make sure she was doing well. The positive end in having a very sick 'child' is finding a new, caring vet! A rainbow was in the air! Thank you, Dr Dubose and staff!
