Every time I enter this bank, it's to cash a check. And every time, there's only ONE teller and one window open. I'm here RIGHT NOW cashing my first paycheck from my new job and the teller just asked me have I ever thought about direct deposit. I told him I DO have direct deposit. He then turns my check facing me and gives me a look like 'What's THIS then?'

Understaffed. Not the tellers fault but management. You can’t have 1 teller working rush hour at a bank. I’ve walked out numerous times from here.

This place seems understaffed, I’m sitting in line every time for 30 minutes waiting on someone to help me. Mayra Elliott, at the counter, is extremely rude. Whoever is managing this place needs to look into a different career because this particular branch is a headache every time…

Worked customer service ever. The 2 lady’s today there doesn’t know nothingI was there for 25 min and neither of them could resolved me. In the end I left without solving and I went to another branch and they was able to solve me in 5 min.

Lady at the counter is beyond useless.Went in to find out where my wife’s replacement debit card is after it was supposedly sent overnight yesterday. The lady said they can’t help me with that and told me to tell my wife to call the 800 number. At this point she hadn’t even looked up the account or anything. I asked if she could go ahead and pull up the account to see what it showed, but she told me she would only do that for my wife. She then refused to believe that it is a joint account that both of our names are on, and is still refusing to take my card, info, or ANYTHING to look up the account.I also stated that I needed to make a withdrawal and she decided to ignore that. When I finally had enough of her uselessness and terrible attitude, I politely ended the conversation and began to leave which she then started mumbling things at me behind my back.100% do NOT recommend coming here for anything that you need help with.ATM works great and doesn’t have an attitude though.

Went here because it was closest to my house and my normal banker is 20 minutes away in Frisco. Guy I interacted with was a grade-A D-Bag. I have three companies with Wells Fargo and two mortgages yet the consumer banker I spoke with had no interest in assisting in the slightest. Had everything I needed resolved when I went to the Frisco location.

Made an appointment, not that it mattered. There’s no directions where you should go and there’s no one to talk to. I had to stand in line for 10 minutes to speak to a teller. Complete waste of time. No one was ready to see me for my “appointment.”I understand being understaffed, but the manager ignored me and played on his phone the entire time. It wasn’t until I complained that he bothered to help me.

It wasn't until I complained that he bothered to help me. Then he lied to my face and told me he was "too busy" "doing stuff" the half hour he let me sit there.

I called this branch and checked if they have any safe deposit boxes available. The lady on call took couple of minutes to check the availability and confirmed they have two sizes 3x5 and 3x10 available. I requested if I can have 3x10 and she mentioned that I have to make an appointment and come to branch. Then I made an appointment with this branch. When I arrived on my appointment time, the lady on front desk again checked the availability to be sure. She went inside and consulted with someone and confirmed me that they have size 3x10 available. Then she directed us to a banker.The banker declined and mentioned that they don't have any 3x10 size available. The front desk lady was nearby and mentioned to banker that they have 3x10 available and she already checked with manager or someone inside. The banker went inside and came back after couple of mins and said that they don't have any safe deposit box and cannot give us. I was like really confused. why ???If you have any preference for people and really like to give some services to specific color or religion, then you should have mentioned it when I called to check the availability. I wouldn't be taking time off from office and wasting my time here. It was embarrassing to be in such situation.

Horrible customer service! The customer is belittle and not valued! I am pulling my money out of Wells Fargo and should have done a long time ago! It is reflective of the leadership at the top! Horrible bank!

My grandbabies tore a bill in half and I visited 4 other local banks to get it replaced but they either said I don't look like a customer or they won't replace a bill for a non-customer. They don't have Wells Fargo branches within 35 minutes of my home. I was in Plano and after trying to find a Wells Fargo. I found this one and a beautifully helpful young banker named Melissa just replaced the bill without question and never asked if I was a customer. I wish they could open a branch near Hudson Oaks so I can get this type of service, so I don't have to drive over 1.5 hours to get to a Wells Fargo. By the way I am a customer and will continue to be for many years
