This location is beautiful. Very clean and the employee's here were so welcoming. I was attended by banker Cade he was very kind and answered all my questions. Thank you so much. You are so awesome!

Went to withdraw cash and teller took 30mins just to tell me she was unable to help me no reason given, worst service ever. Will be closing the account for sure. They need to invest in good customer for sure or they will be out of business soon.

This branch at Jupiter and Plano Parkway in Plano, TX has been going downhill for years. Today had to wait 20 minutes to get into my safety deposit box - no other customers in the bank. Apparently ONLY the branch manager was capable of letting me into the box and she was typing on her computer for 20 minutes, knowing I was waiting. She did not run out and let me know she needed a few minutes or acknowledge me in any way. When she finally came out, no apology or concern for me waiting - just asked me for my safety deposit box key. And even after I was done with the box, still no apology. She was not wearing a name tag but it was the branch manager on duty today 9/11/23 at 9:30am. I will call Wells Fargo Corporate today and make sure they take my complaint and make note of who was on duty. It's such a loser branch, horrible customer service and this is the 3rd time I've stormed out of there. Will be moving my account to my other bank.

Interviewed here and other locations 20+ times just end up constantly ghosted and rejected even though I have plenty of cash handling and customer service experience

Tried to add a dba to an existing account told me I had to have appointment in two weeks. I assume they will close branch soon a lot of turnover in last year. Regional banks are much better on customer service. National banks you are just a number. I even had to make appointment to close my 4 commercial accounts and personal account. Two weeks they will allow me to close the accounts and I will be done.

The new girl in the drive three has the worst guest service and no sense of urgency. I’m waiting right now for her to finish her Chick-fil-A so I can get back to work. I hate coming here.

Waited in the lobby, wasn't greeted by anyone, stood around and wasted time. Then Martha says I can do everything online- except what I need to do. Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate. Only one personal banker and only one teller.
