New employees will be their down fall. I’ve been a happy and loyal customer for a year since I’ve moved to the area. It’s always been clean, well kept and a good environment for most people’s least favorite task. They have a kids corner with books and tv. I can’t say I’ve had a complaint or negative experience while doing laundry there prior to this.On 11/02/23, I had THE WORST experience with the new employee and left visibly upset. When I first arrived the employee and I made direct eye contact. She watched me reload my card, take a look around at washers - FIND a cart and UNLOAD my three baskets and then wait UNTIL THE LAST STEP at 9:03 - to tell me that I could do not laundry there… I didn’t realize that it was 9:03 until that moment - but her manner, tone and approach was very rude and unnecessary ESPECIALLY SINCE SHE WATCHED ME DO EVERYTHING PRIOR! I was so caught off guard because she watched me do allll of that just to tell me at the very last step that I couldn’t do my laundry.. I’m a very understanding person but her approach was so unprofessional and unnecessary when all I wanted/needed to do was wash and dry (not fold) my children’s winter school clothes for the following day..I don’t know if I’ll be going back after using the remaining balance on my card. I honestly wouldn’t have been back had this happened BEFORE I reloaded my WaveMax card…

Nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to in my life. Extraordinarily clean, machines worked perfectly, no cash needed (even for the snack and drink machines), nice little kid area with books, plenty of seating and laundry carts and a very friendly and helpful staff. I love that we can use the reloadable cards and the money leftover can be used for the next wash. Great place!

Came in and asked if they use debit cards and the attendant with glasses at the desk said yes and then she waited until I loaded all of my clothes to the machine to tell me that it is a $10 minimum if I’m using a debit card. I quickly unloaded my clothes and left. She thought that I was going to leave my clothes in there and pay since I had already loaded my clothes in. I will never use that laundromat now.

Friendly staff and easy to use system they have. Simply load a card and off you go. Machines are good and well maintained, which means that one wash and dry run works well.

I've been coming here once a week for about 8 months and it's been ok - clean facility, nice people, and the equipment drys my belongings quickly, so I'm not spending all day at the laundromat. However, last Thursday when I made my weekly trip I brought in a trash bag of towels with some sand in it. I had to break the bag to get to my towels, which resulted in sand getting everywhere, and the nice samaritan as I am, asked the staff for a broom so I can clean my mess. When my towels were completed I asked the newer attendant (young, shoulder length black hair) for a trash bag bc I forgot to bring one for my clean towels and she said she had to call and ask the owner. Uhm. Alright. Its literally just a 20 cent trash bag. She came back from her phone call and stated the owner said I can buy a laundry bag, and refuses to give me a trash bag. Wow. Greeeeeeeeeedy. So thank you Harry (I believe that's your name?) for being greedy to a loyal customer. Once my card runs out I'm going elsewhere. I don't need to be spending my hard earned money at a place that won't let me have 1 damn trash bag so I'm not juggling clean towels to my car.

If a laundromat can be loved, I LOVE this one! It is always so clean and comfortable. The staff is patient and helpful, with a ready smile! It has never been crowded during the weekdays, and the equipment works flawlessly! We will always use WaveMax for our spring cleaning and large items!

Don't judge me, but first time using a laundromat and the experience has me amazed to the point I'm thinking of not buying a washing machine or dryer. Great service, clean and washing is now washed and folded! Definitely recommend this place.

Love this place. It was my first time here and Marci was amazing. She was very helpful and explained how everything worked. Everything uses one prepaid card. It's so simply. The place is clean, neat, and the machines look brand new. My wash came out perfectly. This will definitely be my go to laundry.

Such a great little laundromat! I came at a pretty busy time and there were still plenty of washers available. The lady that works here is so friendly and helpful. And the machines are so fast! I have a king sized confronted that I can’t get in my washer at home. It was done washing in 25 mins, then dry in another 20 mins. The extra large washers are $7.50, which seems reasonable. The dryers are $0.25 for each cycle. I’ll definitely be back!

This laundromat is absolutely amazing. I need commercial-sized washers and dryers to wash my comforters. I spent less than $30 and 1 hour washing and drying 5 of them. At another laundromat, I spent about $50-60 and 2-3 hours. The facility is exceptionally clean and the attendant working that morning was helpful and kind. You can also choose between different wash and dry cycles. What I loved the most was being able to put any given amount of money on a card instead of dealing with coins. The dryers are extremely efficient and $0.25/8 minutes. Only took 16 minutes to fully dry 2 queen comforters! I no longer dread going to the laundromat. Definitely found my go-to place and am willing to drive the 30 minutes it takes from my house just for the wonderful experience.

Did the wash and fold service, our clothes have never been this hair free (we have multiple dogs). Staff is wonderful, only downside is that we should have brought 50 pounds vs our 27 pounds and it would've only been a few dollars more (there's a discount if you wash 50 or more pounds).
