“Great experience! I am a retired Marine, and an avid outdoorsman. I have been wearing Filson clothes and carrying Filson bags for more than 30 years. I don’t buy items because of a name on the tag. I buy items that are quality, that hold up stand the test of time and have a company that will stand behind their product. I have never been let down by Filson products. I don’t normally write reviews, but I am a believer in giving praise when it is justified. On a recent visit to the Plano, Filson store, the manager Natashia Barkins went out of her way, and spent several hours helping me with a couple of issues, hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
