I stopped in for dinner and grabbed a rotisserie chicken and had put it in my cart when the sweetest lady working there came around from the counter and said WAIT! That one isn't fresh!! I will let you pick another one that I just brought out!! I wish I knew her name. That's one of the nicest things to ever happen to me at Wal-Mart. Great customer service and I thank you for doing that.

Well run store. I am a vendor here, so am in store almost daily. I shop at this location at once a week. Always find what I need. Employees are nice and helpful when needed.

I visited the Vision Center recently and had a wonderful experience. Sammi and her staff took great care with helping me in selecting the perfect pair of glasses. I also appreciate their help with ordering contacts. I will definitely be recommending this optical location to all my familiy.

Starting with the positive. Ordering is easy and works great for my father, which is home bound. His order is simple and consistent. The order is placed in front of his door. I do want to add that when he was hospitalized, it was easy to switch delivery address, and the delivery person brought it to his room and put what was needed in the fridge. Above & Beyond. Overall, for the elderly that are on a fixed income and restricted to their home, wonderful service.
Now; to my disappointment. Minor as some may see it. But when you pay as much as you need for essentials. you need it to stretch. I'm not sure who is at fault. I know It's hard work. but if there can be better care in handling. The last three orders of eggs had one to 4 eggs broken. dates on just a few items were passed or a little too close and needed to be prioritized for consumption. Box items are crushed or bag items (like frozen vegetables, bread, and Great Value pasta bags torn or open around the seems). All I ask is that the shopper and the delivery person treat all the merchandise as if it was for themselves, parents, and someone they care for.
Net-Net; great service. Just a little more care, ownership, and pride can make this service awesome.

I practically live across the street from here. I tried to return an item I purchased on clearance at another store. Told I can't. The African American automotive manager came and said she can't return it here because it's on clearance. I said the policy doesn't say any of that. Her reply was our policy also states we have the right to refuse customers like you. It was because I am from Israel I was treated differently. Very rude and full of hot air. We were having a mature conversation and she straight said I have no value. Ego trip. Terrible customer service. People like her are what's ruining customer service. I did nothing wrong. I am thinking everything is under the walmart umbrella. However she made it very clear Target is better.

This Walmart is nice and normally this would be a 5 star review easily. My one issue is how hard the employees watch me when I'm checking out. I don't know if it's part of the job description but it's super frustrating and makes me uncomfortable. I had one lady circle the aisle about 8 times while I was checking out one time. They just watch and never speak. It's so awkward. I'm black might I add but I like to think that has nothing to do with it.

My family comes to Walmart every week for groceries and most times it’s a pleasant experience except for when a lady with jet black hair (possibly Hispanic or Indian not sure) is there. She’s always eyeing people up and down when they leave acting like they stole something. She’ll go up to your cart WHILE you’re still checking out and go through your items in your cart. I was still scanning my groceries when she came and grabbed my laundry detergent out of my cart and told me to scan it. When I told her I already did, she started sorting through my groceries in the cart to make sure I was scanning everything. Not even a hello, how are you, nothing. Just straight to accusing.
Yesterday, she took her time trying to find an item in our cart to scan as we were leaving and when she couldn’t find it on the receipt, she acted like we stole it. When we pointed at the item price and name on the receipt, she gave us back our receipt and we left. There were like three or four families behind us who were waiting but then just left because she was taking so long.
Also, one time we forgot to scan two packs of water at the bottom of our cart. Our cart was super full and we usually scan water first but forgot (our mistake) and when we went to exit and have them check our receipt, they acted like we intentionally forgot to scan the waters. Why on earth would we try to steal big, visible packs of waters intentionally?? We know we’re always going to get our receipt checked so make it make sense. The associate followed us all the way to checkout and watched us scan our waters and we left after that.
Just horrible customer service.
