We moved 2 weeks ago and this is now the closest Walmart…it is TERRIBLE! In 2 weeks I’ve had to return 4 grocery pickup items bc they were expired and the people at customer service are so hateful about it. Very disappointing!

Prices are marked incorrectly ... it rings up incorrectly.... there's no one to assist... no manager on duty...check out person cannot override the price even after showing the pictures... 40 minutes to check out.
Self checkout same problem no override... All the time I spent shopping was wasted as I couldn't purchase the items for the price It was supposed to be on top of that all the wasted time waiting in lines

I am vendor that has delivered to this store for over 10 years. I shop here at least a few times a week as well. Well run location that almost always has what I am looking for in stock. Clean store. Check out clearance aisles, have found some good deals (left entrance, turn left and on right after pharmacy, but before garden center)

First time ordering Walmart pickup from this location and I’m missing half my order. Seems like an easy enough problem to solve, so I called to let them know I’m missing multiple items in my order and I’d just like them replace as I’ve already paid. After being on hold for an hour I was informed they don’t replace grocery items and I could get a refund. Okay, fine enough. Then I’m put on hold for ANOTHER hour to be transferred to a refund department.

I made a huge mistake by placing an order through the Walmart app. Neither I nor my family will ever order through the app again. The order, placed for delivery to my address on April 10th, was misplaced.
I contacted UPS, the logistics company responsible for the delivery. They initiated a claim and attempted to locate the product, but were unsuccessful. They advised me to contact Walmart.
Unfortunately, my experience with Walmart's customer service has been equally frustrating. The representatives repeatedly requested my order ID, address, email, and phone number. They would then state they were transferring me to the accounts department, only to put me on hold for ten minutes. Upon returning to the call, they would make me repeat all the information again before disconnecting the call. This happened three times, with each call lasting approximately thirty minutes. Needless to say, my issue remains unresolved.
Is this some kind of misunderstanding, or is this how Walmart chooses to handle customer concerns?

Fabulous because this is one of the rare Walmart Supercenters in the metro Dallas area that tolerates overnight parking. I arrived after 10:00 pm so I didn't have a need to shop in the evening, but they open at 6:00 am. Super easy to pop in that early when the store is almost empty to pick up a few things from well stocked shelves and not have to deal with the People of Walmart.
Clean, bright, no trash on the floor at this time of day. Prices clearly marked and the self-checkout worked well. The men's room was actually clean and fully stocked.
Yes, I've been to hundreds of Walmarts. This was a positive shopping experience today.
