I tried this “pharmacy” several times now. And it’s always the same bad experience. Terrible service, make you feel bad for asking questions, if I could leave 0 stars it would be the most accurate description. Take for ever to fill a prescription as well and the personnel is just unhappy to be there and mistreat the patients, we are talking about medicines and health here. Not some clothing store or some frivolous thing, people need that reminder.

This is the slowest pharmacy drive thru . Sometimes it takes at least 10 minutes before someone comes to help you at the drive thru, very very slow, they should not have it due to how slow people are to service customers. Attendants go by without even acknowledging or saying someone will be with soon, you have to hunk your horn after waiting a while to alert them that you’re at drive thru.

The female cashier was so polite and friendly. It’s one of my favorite Walgreens store. Some good deals can be found here from time to time.

Very bad customer experience with passport photos. Walgreen passport sales Person did not provide the passport per required guidelines. I will not visit this store again

Had a rude experience today as mentioned by others. A guy works here (Found his name as Peter) was impatient and raises his voice to ask the name for the pickup order. He needs to learn how to talk to customers. Noticed he wasn’t happy to walk from the pickup area to the front counter when a customer tried to bill the items. Not recommending this store to anyone. I would suggest corporate should read the reviews and take necessary actions or you will be losing customers for sure.

Very bad experience here with Passport Photos. First they messed up the background of the digital photo, then the digital photo did not match the printed photo and then finally the passport photo they gave me was rejected by the consulate due because the photo did not meet the border requirement (had a white border on one side) and the photo was very low quality. A lot of back and fourth and waste of time (more than four times). I expected an apology from the management but instead they were not even willing to accept their mistake. I usually don't write reviews but had to warn other people from going there. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Poor service.. no one at counter for close to 10 min. I had walk around and find the lady who was the cashier.. she was in the beauty products section :))
