Is Walgreens is much like any other Walgreens and we all like Walgreens however if you're going to the pharmacy there is one individual who just doesn't feel like a person who wants to give customer service I won't name names, but the three stars on her neck should give you all the information you need.
Perhaps it's just me and maybe she doesn't like me for the fact that I come in there. But I still think that she should smile and be very courteous. She doesn't actually have courteous feelings and is almost determined to throw me through the window out into the streets just because I walked in.
So I would recommend to management that they talked to her and allow her to know that every person deserves a smile a kind friendly attitude that they're not there to make their other lives worse which she happens to have a gift of making my life feel intensely worthless and an obstruction or her existence. She needs to stop being so mean and smile for goodness sakes it's not that hard.

I do business here on a regular basis and this is the worst pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready timely, not processed correctly and staff is equally terrible. Asking me to get back in line to fix a prescription they did wrong. Pharmacist literally put the phone down and walked away. I am done doing business here. They don’t understand that patronage is how they get paid. If I could give no stars i would.

Most of the time they don't have stock of regular prescription medicine. They said they have to order it and take 3 - 5 days to get it. My doctor order some steroid medicine. When I went to pickup my medicine they gave me other medicine but not those which I need urgently. Neither they mention anything about it. When I asked they replied very rudely they don't have it in stock.
The pharmacist at this location is also not friendly behavior. Whenever we need a consultation about a new medicine she always behaved unwilling to talk. When I asked about the dosage and side effect details she ask me to read it from the label. So now I never ask her for any consultation.
Few days back I took my mom for vaccination and the pharmacist inject both vaccine in one hand hurriedly without asking my mom what she prefer. It hurts a lot in her hand. I will never go there for vaccination anymore. If possible I wouldn't go for medicine if my insurance allow CVS or other pharmacy as their network pharmacy.

If I had a choice, I would have avoided this place completely due to the other low ratings on Google. Now I can say I agree with them and understand why. We only went there because we're from out of state and the surgery center would only call in the Rx to that Walgreens location. Pharmacist acted like she couldn't be bothered to answer questions about drug interactions and was pretty short and dismissive when I asked follow-up questions. The rest of the pharmacy staff could probably brush up on some basics of politeness, too. Or maybe at least they could pretend to not hate their jobs and everyone they interact with.
Non pharmacy staff was fine so you can probably disregard this if you don't have to interact with the actual pharmacy.

Not very nice attitude from pharmacy. Everyone acts like they are miserable and unhappy to see you every time I go. At least my prescriptions get filled quickly.

As a senior I have to balance my insurance with Good RX depending on which has better deal. Some pharmacies seem reluctant to adjust the price after they have processes the insurance price. The tech that helped me (Min) didn't hesitate to fulfill my request and she, also, answered my several questions very patiently. It is always a pleasure to be on the receiving end of good customer service.

Walgreens corporate..please wake up and read the reviews for this store and the pharmacy workers. It should be zero stars. When people are sick the last thing we want is to be treated like this. Yesterday I was behind a car in the drive thru at 5:59 to pick up my sons meds. I pull up just for the cashier Niya to slam the sign up saying we are closed. She said her clocked showed 6:01. But even if it did handing medicine out to someone and seeing a car in the line they should have stayed open. You are providing an important service to people..treat us like humans and hire individuals and train them to respect people. This store is going downhill fast. I'd pick another location.
