Regarding a recent pick up order. I ordered 5 items and picked it up without checking. When I back to home, I found there were only 3 items in the bag. So I called the store just to double check probably they missed something or Items are out of stock. The staff named Jenell called me back, she insisted that she checked it's 5 items and handed them over to me. She said she doesn't know what happened to me, but she checked it for sure. The store manager apologized to bring the inconvenience but the staff Jenell did not. Her words sounds like I did something wrong! This the worst experience about an pick up order ever. And I don't even want to go to the store to get the refund. I hope they have a camera to check what happened. That's ridiculous! So always check your pick up order items from this store if you have to order something. This is not fun at all.

How can you have a pharmacy that is closed on Saturday. Limited hours on Sunday. If you need to use a Walgreens as I do. Our insurance dictates we use Walgreens use the on on Preston and Lebanon. Open 24/7 and the staff is friendlier and much more knowledgeable about their trade.

The pharmacist or workers in the pharmacy are VERY VERY RUDE. It took me 50 or soo visits before writing this review. I really don't have enough time in a day to write all the examples. I haven't ran across ANYONE polite at this location in store, pharmacy, photo. CLOSE THE WHOLE DAMN store

Ok we had an ice storm with 2-3 inches of snow. But this Walgreens has been closed for 3 days and my husband couldn't get his diabetes medications scheduled for refill. The roads around here have been clear and ALL businesses have been open for 2 days. Easy decision to take our many prescriptions and transfer to CVS. This is not the first time we've had serious issues with this pharmacy. But, it'll be our last!

I wish I can give minus star. We had our first dose of Covid on 6 Dec 2021 after taking an appointment through their website. The second dose was scheduled on 12/272021. On 12/25 I got confirmation of the appointment. On 12/26 they cancelled the appointment cold turkey. Very poor planning and they did not even offer to transfer to another place. So I went around to two CVS Pharmacy..they denied. Ultimately got in Walmart on Ohio...Did not like the way they deal with customer....Very arrogant way of talking right from 800 customer service to local outlet...

I took covid vaccine first dose here and was schedule on Nov.13 (second dose) and I came they have a sign that Pharmacy closed then I reschedule by online for Nov 23 @ 7:40 PM (I arrived 7:05PM) and they have a sign said temporary closed. (Even though I have a reminder) I do not know why I go to this bad service location. I do not recommend this location to anyone

Great experience at this location due to I had got the covid vaccine. The pharmacy was very fast and efficient along with very professional. I made my appointment online and the site was very easy to navigate and had lots of choices for dates and times to choose from. Inside the store it was very organized and clean. The cashier was very polite and got me in and out. Definitely would recommend this place for pharmacy and other items for not having to go to a grocery store.

Staff are friendly, pharmacist is rude and spoke in an arrogant way. When questioned, she uses her 12 hr work shift as a reason. Well - if it is too long and you can’t be humane because of that; then don’t do such long shifts.

My son had a Covid-19 test scheduled for this Walgreens. He received an email confirmation and a email reminder. When we arrived, we were made to wait close to five minutes without being greeted. When they finally came to the window, we were told that they were out of testing supplies, that we should not have come because they had called us yesterday. They had not. My son went inside to show the email. They insisted that they had called him. Rechecking the list, they found that his number was not on it. The lady very rudely told him that there was nothing they could do since they did not have the test. Not even an apooogy. I am warning people to not use this Walgreens because of the extreme professionalism of the staff in the pharmacy.

This is perhaps the worst Walgreens. Most Walgreens are horrible. This location takes the prize. The pharmacy is terrible. If you want a good pharmacy, try catalyst. Trust me. You won't regret it. In addition, everything at Walgreens is overpriced. The only way to fight back is by not spending your money or time at this Walgreens

I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. They can't handle checking people out and the heavyset black women that was "acting" like the pharmacist on 2/4 at 6:00 was rude and tried to blame their mistake on me. I had signed up for their express pick up. They let some lady use that line for regular pickup and she had been there for at least 15 minutes. The regular line opened up so I asked the cashier if I could use express pass she said yes just bring it over. Then she proceeded to check me out as if I didn't have express pass. That's when the RUDE pharmacist came over to open up the cash register or something with her magic card. I asked her what's the sense of having express pick up if she has to hand write down the prescription on a piece of paper and then asked for my identification as well as payment which I already made through express pass? She said it was my fault because I was in the wrong line. I said I had been standing in that line for 15 minutes because they allowed someone without express pass to use it. She just decided that the customer (me) was going to be wrong no matter what, even though she was. If I was her boss and saw her treat a customer that way she would be fired be fired on the spot. Never again will I use the Walgreens at McDermott in Allen.
