Made an appointment online for a flu shot at 5pm. Got a text reminder, clicked the link that I was there when I arrived. Walked in, they were ready for me and took me immediately. Took 5 minutes max. Great service.

Unprofessional is the word. I told the lady at the register that I needed to pick up my photo order. She stared at me with a facial expression that made me uncomfortable. There was an awkward silence for a quite few moments. I said again I wanted to pick up my photo prints. Then she said with scorn and contempt: “Name please.”
Usually when I told the staff I needed to pick up my photo order the staff would say “name please” next. So I thought: “Well instead of staring at me like that you could have just asked my name. And I would have told you my name. But you deliberately stared at me like that and gave me that attitude.” I understand these employees are not paid well to do this job. But this doesn’t mean you should treat me with this unkindness, with an attitude that is not great at all. It’s totally uncalled for.

Pretty poor service. Called on Friday for a refill so it’ll be ready on Monday came in Monday and they claimed they didn’t have the refill. What a waste to of my time! And they said they weren’t seeing my prescription in my profile. The lady on the phone when I called Friday had no problem pulling on my profile and seeing my prescription so I’m not sure why this branch has issues with finding my own prescriptions. Seems like they don’t know their basic operations. Then they said they didn’t have my full prescription. They said they only had part of it. I asked them to give me what they can right now and to refill for the rest later and they proceeded to make me wait ages and asked me to circle Times to give me my prescription. Instead of giving me my prescription they decided to just call the prescriber To give me the full amount I’m owed . Seems like they don’t know basic instructions customer service Or even know how to answer basic questions.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. I’ve been here for 6 months only because it’s across the street, but every single refill is a nightmare. They never have my meds ready on time, even when my doctor already approved the prescription. I once had to wait days for life-essential medication because they kept saying they “need to call the doctor” — after it was already renewed! Completely irresponsible and dangerous. If you value your health, avoid this place at all costs.

These folks are unfriendly and rude. Bought a faulty product that corporate decided to stock. When I checked out last week, the lady at the register asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no. Normally if you lose your receipt, retail stores just swipe your card used to purchase to find the transaction. Instead they say no they can’t return. Long story short , I got my return not to mention some unwanted attitude directed towards me as if I were a thief. If you are so strict that you need a receipt to return, you should give your customer a receipt. End of story.

I wish I could do zero stars. Management and staff are terrible. I was an extremely patient customer trying to use a manufacturer coupon that their systems couldn’t handle and instead of the store comping me $5, they instead shouted at me and told me they couldn’t check me out.
I went to the Walgreens down the street and management was far better. The rude Walgreens store broke my coupon but the better Walgreens comped me $5. IMAGINE.
Do better. How dare you shout at a customer who was trying to figure things out. Didn’t even have the decency to inform me that customer support could potentially help me.
I will never shop here again, and I hope those who read this choose to shop at a different Walgreens.

Extremely unprofessional service. A tall thin gentleman was very rude, he had no customer service skills. He should not be working. I just wanted to print a 2x2 picture similar to passport size, but it was not for passport use, a general project. He was so rude and stubborn and he said that he cannot do it. I did not understand because I am the one paying and I know how to print a picture. I went to another location in Plano on w. Park, and they were very kind. I asked if I could use the photo from my phone, my phone has a much better camera. And the store team members said yes that’s fine. A great service compared to the other horrible store.

I have used this store many times for photo reprints. Recently I had to secure multiple copies of over 60+ photos. Two different associates assisted on different visits to make sure I received high quality images…many of which required editing and trimming to get right. Both individuals were very patient, courteous and professional. I also use this location for my prescriptions and have received similar, high quality customer service from the entire pharmacy staff! Overall they provide a great customer service experience whenever I am there!

I had a bad experience in this branch.
I had an online order and when i took it i checked and while i was in the store; one box was semi crushed and the other one was completely ripped and when i asked for a replacement, the cashier was not nice or owned the issue at least or apologized for the inconvenience but she offered to tape the box and that's it..although afterwards she offered a refund and take the box back only after i argued.
Can you please don't give your customers damaged goods and stick it in the bag and depend that the customer won't check the bag except after he leaves the store.

This visit was to obtain vaccine boosters.. I didn’t have an appointment and was promptly greeted.. the pharmacy tech was really nice.. There was an issue with the way my insurance was entered in the system from previous visits and the pharmacist Dr Ambre Camp stepped in promptly and resolved the problem. I drive a little further for my pharmacy needs to this Walgreens because of the great service and great staff!

Worst experience at the 4130 Legacy Drive Plano, Tx pharmacy. They ignore you. Even if you are one foot away from them. I have went to other Walgreens and had good experiences but this one is the toilet bowls of all places. 👎👎👎👎👎

Extremely Unprofessional Service. They are always late on refilling my prescription. They also insist on using my old legal name despite having it updated legally and with the insurance and doctor. Why? Because they don't think I'm a 'real' woman and that their personal beliefs gives them the right to be negligent and disrespectful like this to their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Never going to Walgreens again.
