The pharmacist Sisi is outstanding! We were having terrible issues with our insurance carrier (Aetna sucks) and he did everything he could to help us. He called several different carrier contact numbers to try to rectify why our insurance suddenly said we didn't have prescription benefits. We appreciate you helping us and advising on what we should do so this doesn't happen again.

I'm giving this review two stars only because the staff was professional, efficient, and kept their cool even while frustrated customers, who were waiting in a long line were not the easiest group to deal with. Our family has used this location for several years. The staff has always been friendly and efficient in both the store and the pharmacy. I'm writing this review because the service level within the pharmacy has continued to decline over the past several months. I'm not sure if it's due to a change in management, a shortage in staffing, or some other issue entirely, but service at the pharmacy counter has finally become bad enough to prompt me to write this review. I really like the staff, and want to give them an opportunity to return their service levels to their past excellence. It appears they need more cashier or front counter help in the pharmacy to keep things moving smoothly. Hopefully management will read, and then take reviews such as this one under consideration for an opportunity at process improvement.

If I could give less than one star for my experience, I would. I had a package shipped to this location due to it being expensive and not always being home to sign, thinking it would be an easy pick up. I called before I drove to the store to make sure my package had successfully arrived. An associate explained to me that although my package was there it didn't have a name only my address, ok cool. When I got there a man named Keron took over for the gentleman sitting at the photo center where you go to pick up your items that you have shipped to the Walgreens. He asked for my name and I relayed the information that was provided to me, that my name wasn't on the package but my address was. He refused to acknowledge that this was the case and repeatedly asked for my name in a futile attempt to find something that wasn't there... my name. Then Keron walks away and leaves me standing dumbfounded while he goes to assist another customer although he was helping me first. At this point I'm ready to walk out but I need my package. So there I stand waiting patiently, my anger slowly rising due to the fact that if Keron listened to me when I said my name wasn't on the package I'd already be out of there and on my way to take care of my other errands. He finally finishes(rather rudely I might add) with the customer he stopped tending to me to help, and then continues to say he can't find my package. After telling him the 10th time what the situation was he finds the package where I told him it would be, then I suppose in a joking manner, asks why my name wasn't on the package like I would know that? At that point although it probably wasn't I took it as a sly remark due to the service I had received. What I would like Keron to know is # 1 if you're helping a customer, don't walk away in the middle of that without any explanation to help a completely different customer. That was beyond rude and insulting. #2 if a customer tells you that an employee explained that an item doesn't have a name but only an address listen to the customer instead of arguing with them assuming you're right. Because in this instance you were not right, and not only did you waste YOUR time indulging in your pride, you wasted mine as well. I will never be going back to this Walgreens because of this and suggest you find new management, someone who understands how to provide stellar and exemplary service.

Every representative at this location has helped me with anything that I have needed. Whether it is finding an item that I'm looking for or filling my prescription. During this pandemic, we have had to unfortunately visit the pharmacy often, but every pharmacist and pharmacist tech has been patient and taking the time to answer any questions or address any concerns we have had.

THEY CLOSE AT 8:58! And screw anyone who tries to get their prescription at 9:00!!! AFTER you don't even receive a text saying that it's ready in time for you to get there Never had a problem with texts from any other pharmacy. They could have been much more accommodating knowing all of this and considering I told them I didn't have a RIDE there "in the morning." Their pharmacists are beyond rude. And the big d*** "African American't" guy talks to you like you're stupid for expecting to be treated like a human being.

Walgreens allows their pharmacists to refuse to fill a customer prescription without any oversight. The pharmacist (guy) was rude to me as well as my insurance rep. on the phone. When I called him out on it, he refused to let me pick up my child's prescription that was already filled saying I pointed at him. Yes, I pointed my finger at him telling him he was rude. I will never step foot in another Walgreen's as long as I live. He thinks he punished me. But, I was able to get the prescription filled elsewhere, and I can sleep without a guilty conscience knowing I am not the rude one.

This review is of the pharmacy drive-thru only: Came by to fill a simple prescription for our pet. We always fill this prescription at Walgreens every 60 days. We belong to the Walgreens club which cost money in order to save on this prescription. When I dropped off the scrip, I confirm the price and make sure it was for dog who we purchased the membership card for. went through drive up to pick up the filled prescription. The price was double! Language issue with person at the window. They could not explain why the price was so high. This is an order that we fill on a regular basis and have been for many years. At some point the woman suggested that our club membership had expired. I have the valid card in my pocket and it is good through June. The cashier confirmed this. Reduce the price to half but we still have no explanation except that she said our membership expires in June. This is MAY! There are so many places that will fill a simple prescription without the hassles and certainly without the barriers. I don't need to pay for a membership to give me the privilege to get a decent price. I only did this because Walgreens is a local merchant in my neighborhood and I like supporting my local merchants. It keeps jobs in our community. They will receive no additional support from me. Vote with your money. Make sure that people understand what service means.
