“I don't frequent in person banking centers, but this is the one I visit most often. I always get greeted very nicely at the entrance and helped pretty promptly when I visit. I was looking to learn more about my account and I was helped pretty quickly by Victoria Thompson. I was ultimately trying to withdrawal some money and change my account type, but she asked all the right questions and offered all the right recommendations from speaking with their financial advisors to considering their own in house CD and savings account rates. Thank you for providing the good service and I know who to turn to if I need help in the future.”
“Great Bank of America location. Very friendly staff and efficient and personable bank tellers. I received a much better experience at this location than I have at various other locations around town. As soon as I entered this Bank of America location I was greeted by friendly staff.
