Went in for the Friday 13th flash sale and got my first tattoo done by Leah! Absolutely loved this experience she was very communicative and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Loved the feminine energy at this place and I will definitely be coming for more tattoos in the future!!

If you need a great piercer in the Plano area, this is where you need to come! They have a large selection of quality jewelry for a great price and they do anodizing! I got my rook pierced with Tex. This is my second piercing with them and love everytime I come! She did an awesome job with my rook and it’s been doing great. Also got my third lobes downsized that she previously pierced for me. I have a great experience everytime I come here. Always clean & tidy, and all the ladies are super sweet and welcoming! Will only trust Tex for all my future piercings! She always walks me through what she’s doing and if I ever need anything or have questions I can always reach out, and I love that they always give you an aftercare sheet with every piercing you get, it includes your jewelry info, downsizing time line and when you can change ur jewelry to a hoop timeline. I think that’s super helpful for people who are new to piercings or just need a reference. I can’t wait to work with Tex on my future piercings & I have absolutely become a loyal Vixen customer, wish I found them sooner. Thank you!!!!

i got my first tattoo here today and the experience was amazing. stephanie was my artist and she was helpful every step of the way, from the designing of my tattoo to its placement on my body to the tattooing itself. i highly recommend and will be coming back for more!

This place is great from customer service to quality of piercings. Alex pierced my nose, and made it a painless experience. He knows his stuff and so does everyone else who works there. I t seemed a bit expensive, but compared to other place and the experience I have received, Vixen matches the price to the experience. My nose piercing ended up being around $100 and I’m very happy with the experience.

Absolutely amazing shop and super friendly people. As a guy walking into a more female oriented shop it was a bit odd at first but immediately it was like home. Walked in on a hand piece but had other ideas and the owner Stephanie immediately directed me to different portfolios and what suited me. Landed on a hand piece today vs cheat piece and wow. Everyone there was so friendly and caring about you and while there is a place for our old school trad shops with noisy coils, the new rotary machines and the new tattoo culture is wonderfully exhibited here.

That was my very first tattoo and they told me that I went kind of big for it being my first one. I was really excited seeing the outcome they did a great job. Big Daddy loved it,and I will be going back as soon as I am able to decide what my next tattoo will be.

I had a great experience at vixen body art today. I went in because I couldn't get my belly piercing in. I have bad anxiety so I was really nervous but everyone was welcoming and nice which made me feel very comfortable.

I have been here many times. I've recommended this place to friends and family, but after my first visit, the customer service was horrible and I will never be back. I had my Medusa piercing done here. With that, you are able to come back and get your jewelry shortened for $10. If you didn't get it pierced there, jewelry is $20. I messaged the piercer one day, asking to come in and reminded her who I was. I came in, told the receptionist who I was, to which she TOLD me I didn't get it pierced there. Then, the piercer I messaged on Instagram came out, and she also told me I didn't get my piercing there. They ganged up on me in the lobby, as they shuffled through paperwork, finally finding mine from the day I indeed got it done there. I was humiliated, over a $10 difference.... The way that was handled was not okay and extremely embarrassing. They told me they "thought I was the owners friend." ?????? I came back in an emergency, only because it was close and my lip was beginning to swell over my jewelry. My lip had swollen pretty bad, I was crying and having an anxiety attack. The piercer literally LAUGHED IN MY FACE, and had to say, "I'm not laughing at you" as if anyone else were around in the tiny piercing room we were in. No one else was in the lobby either... horrible experiences both times, which really sucks because I wanted to support an all women owned shop near me.

My daughter and I went here to get our second lobe piercings. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodated our walk-in.

I had called several shops asking for assistance with changing out my nose ring. This shop actually took the time to explain the gauge and mm size, no other shop did that. I then decided this was my place and hurried there. The place is decorated so nicely, smelled and looked immaculate. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice and personable. They had a great selection of body jewelry and other items for sale. They removed my previous nose ring, saline and prepped my nose for the new jewelry. The process was easy and painless. I'm considering a 1/4 girly sleeve perhaps I'm having a mid life crisis lol but this will definitely be my top pick for it!

The owner Stephanie was AMAZING!! I came in at the last minute for a jewelry change and not only did she help me pick out the cutest pieces, she put them in for me!! I was WOWed!! Great Customer Service ladies, I will be back.
