I got two repairs done at VIP Hail Service:1: Following the terrible hail that happened mid-May, I was looking for a place to get the dings and dents repaired that worked with my insurance. The manager Mark is amazing, always replying immediately and taking extremely good care of me and my car during the entire process. My car looked brand new when I went to pick it up.2: My mom's car needed a paint touchup on a car door, which Mark + team was able to handle extremely easily. The turnaround time was so quick as well. Again, looked brand new out of the factory even though the glossy color was hard to replicate!All in all, the repairs were so seamless and easy, without breaking the bank. It was all thanks to Mark and his team, so definitely ask for him if you come to fix all things cars!

VIP Hail Service did a fantastic job fixing our car after we sustained hail damage. They were very courteous and professional! Mark the owner was fantastic to work with, he made it a very painless and super easy process. He took care of all the insurance details so all we had to do was drop off our vehicle and he did the rest. The car looked brand new when it was finished. I would highly recommend you use them. We will be recommending them to all our friends and will use them again if ever needed.

Mark and his team truly gave us a VIP experience in getting our hail-damaged car repaired quickly and professionally.Our car was picked up from our home and delivered in good-as-new condition days later (sooner than expected) with a new windshield, all dents removed and perfectly detailed inside and out. His communication in every step of the process was so helpful and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend VIP Hail Service - you won’t be disappointed.
