Recently, while on vacation, my wife's diamond engagement ring was accidentally crushed by our hotel safe. She was concerned that it was not salvageable, so she took it to Valley Jewelers at Willow Bend Mall. The jewelers were able to straighten the prong settings, and reset the diamond. After they cleaned and polished the ring it looked as good as new! The experts there were polite, professional, and the work was done in a timely manner at a fair price. She said she would recommend this business to family and friends!

Replaced watch battery. Task accomplished appropriately and reasonably priced. 4 star as I had to call a couple days later to check if it was done rather than them calling me as was initially quoted.

I had a ring repaired with a small cz that had been lost! The size was unique and had to be found. The ring itself has more value for the story that goes with it than the ring itself! Valley Jewelers did a wonderful job and the ring looks as good as new…the story will continue on! Thank you for working with me!

They don't keep their promises and get real weird when you expect them to. Don't go here, this is the worst business in all of the Dallas area because the owner seems crazy and is extremely rude. I took my wedding ring in to get sized and I really didn't think I was going to get it back again. The owner was never done but kept telling me to come back, and got very angry just cuz I wanted a date to pick up. I finally told him that I wanted simply my ring back unfinished but he'threatened to keep it and take me to court over the ring.

Happen today, December 23rd. I asked to have my Gucci watch looked at because they put in a battery. The guy wanted a receipt. Did not hand a receipt with me. I know they keep records in the battery watch. He wouldn't look at. Do not spend your money in n this store. Horrible customer service and yelled at me for no reason. Zero stars. Not worth rating.

I would give zero star if I can. The lady in the store doesn't know anything and owner works by the phone. Took my $3k watch to replace front glass and no follow up for 2 months. Charged $150 for refinishing which they absolutely did nothing I still see the dust and scratches all over. They are on their way to go out of business so don't even bother.

Mr. Sheikh was so helpful when my fiance and I walked in looking for wedding band for him. He took the time to show us a few options without being pushy or showing us the most expensive item. We got something simple cause that's what my fiance wanted and we got a great price for it. Mr Sheikh made sure my fiance liked the style and measured his finger to make sure he got the best fit. The ring he picked wasn't in stock for size but he we were able to come back the next day to pick up. Thank you for making the process so easy!
