The lazy delivery man would consistently returns packages to their carrier instead of delivering them to the 75093 area. Whoever is responsible for this area needs to be replaced with someone more reliable.

This place is horrible. They called me 30 minutes before my passport appointment to let me know they’ll have to cancel it. Very unprofessional, and the lady I spoke with didn’t try to help me at all. I won’t be back to this location.

Debra in the passport office is fantastic. She was upbeat, positive, patient, and fast. Made the experience actually enjoyable.
