The mail carrier who delivers mail to my apartment complex is extremely rude / 2425 Premier Drive, Plano. When I went to get my mail in the mail room she yelled at me that we are not allowed in there when she is there. Why not post a sign rather than yell at the residents?

Probably one the most humiliating experiences here at this location. Let me ask you do you all not believe in customer service anymore? Your lovely employee by name of SISSY, decided to tell me that I had no common sense because my package wasn’t taped. When I bought my return label for my package, the directions from the company clearly stated do not worry about taping your package, just show them your QR code and they will handle it for you. Unfortunately SISSY decided to tell me that I had no common sense because how is a package supposed to ship without it being taped. Almost forced me into buying tape when the return label easily sealed the package anyway. So this is how the US government likes to treat people. You all should be ashamed of yourself that you think it’s appropriate to treat people that way. You should find a new employee.

Absolutely terrible service. I went to pick up a package. After waiting in line, they tell me to go to the pick up window and press the button and someone will help me. I walked over there as an employee was walking in with his lunch and then disappeared behind the door. I press the button (hearing tons of voices and talking right behind it) and nothing. Press it 2 more times (minutes spaced apart) and nothing. I go back to the front desk and let them know no one is helping me. She tells me to get back in line. I get back in line. The other woman says she cannot help me and to go back to the door and press the button again. At this point I have been there over 20 minutes on my lunch break just to pick up a letter. I press the button and sure enough, no answer even though I hear the bell ringing loudly on the other side. I go back to the front desk and she finally decides to page the back. They answer a few minutes later and get my the envelope in 2 seconds. Unkind, unprofessional and unmotivated employees.

The clerk was helpful and quick. We also had no line this morning, which does not always happen. Good service here, and plenty of postal supplies if you need those.

i needed help mailing 2 keychains (small package). Willie was a big help!! they had small bubble mailers at the back for less than $2, and my total was less than $10. i will try to update the review when my package gets delivered.

The last 2 months I have been here three times. 3 out of 3 times they have been closed after posted hours they say they are open. It is beyond frustrating.Today I am standing here ringing the bell to find out why everything is closed and they turned up the music in the back louder.I have been here three times because they refuse to leave anything bigger than a letter in the keyed boxes provided by my apartment complex. Two of three times they didn't even leave a pink slip for pickup and the one time they did it said "remove all mail".

Do not get a POBox at this location. I have had a box here for a couple years for my business (the only reason I haven't switched yet). On a weekly basis, if a customer mails a payment locally I will not receive it for at least a week to 2 weeks. The postmark date confirms when it was mailed and I have reported this issue multiple times, yet nothing ever changes.

Been picking up express from overseas packages here for over a decade with minimal issues. The only trying part is the lack of staff. I've found on occasion the pickup station is unmanned and I have to wait in the desk line just to ask for a package pick up. The few times I've needed to mail things out, everyone at the desk was patient with me and efficient. I have seen people go ballistic on the staff and ask all sorts of insane and unreasonable things from them, so if you get second hand embarrassment easily, be prepared for that haha.

I like this post office a lot, the line never takes long at this location, I was in and out in less than 10 min
