Worse post office ever. I have repeatedly asked for my packages not to be put in the tiny mailboxes provided by my apartment complex. I have had my graduation diploma rolled up and put in the mailbox. Recently two large envelops on top of one another stuffed into my tiny mailbox instead of putting them in larger mailboxes. I have contacted this post office and nothing has been done. USPS workers are to lazy to do their job correctly. Damage packages with complaints that go unanswered! Filing a claim with them is a joke! I will no longer order anything that has to shipped by the USPS!!!

Absolute waste of space. You have the balls to give away my package, to a stranger, AFTER YOU'RE CLOSED, and tell me that you won't cover the cost of the item, that I reiterate, YOU GAVE AWAY TO A RANDOM PERSON!? So I am out the item, and the money spent on it.
250 years in service and they still can't get the basics right. You are still respected too much and hated not enough. Thanks Amy, I see how USPS was the best you could do.

Always lost my packages or never gave me the slip to pick up despite the packages being delivered. One of ladies who was working was also always rude and unhelpful to me.

Won’t deliver your mail because there to lazy to walk to your door… sending all my mail and packages back to sender without leaving a pink slip. Packages go to the front door but it’s to much work for are Carrier to walk five steps. This place needs new staff

Bad customer service I waited for almost 30 min to mail 33 envelopes and the lady at the counter told me all she can do is to sell me stamps I was like can you just put a stamp on the letters and I paid for it (I did that before) she said no, here are your stamps put it on each on your envelops and throw them in the blue mail box- I couldn’t believe she made me do that not mentioning that I was complete exhausted from waiting on line with my 37 weeks pregnant belly - unconsidered and ridiculous

Absolutly terrible service! We pay to mail bills and letters! Received a property tax bill that was postmarked 12/16 and just received it yesterday - 2/20. Received a thank you card postmarked 1/28 and received it 2/20 along with mail that was held for days. Postmaster needs to get a handle on this situation!

Every time I have a package delivered that needs a signature, I have been home, and found a failed delivery notice. It looks like I have to run down the postman just to get my dang mail! Never heard a door knock once, my door is not quiet, windows open, and no music on. Why can they not just wait 2 minutes for someone to answer the door? This has ALWAYS been an issue and I've lived at the same address for over 20 years. Do better...

If I could give no stars I would. This post office lost my package, disabled my account for submitting a claim for said package and still tells me that my package isn’t there when it was last scanned there. This point I better drive items myself or strictly use amazon.

Surely Im not the only one had terrible experiences with this place, they were trying to be really picky on how I packed my own package and asked me to buy one tape from them otherwise they won’t be able to ship my prepaid package.

The mail carrier who delivers mail to my apartment complex is extremely rude / 2425 Premier Drive, Plano. When I went to get my mail in the mail room she yelled at me that we are not allowed in there when she is there. Why not post a sign rather than yell at the residents?

Probably one the most humiliating experiences here at this location. Let me ask you do you all not believe in customer service anymore? Your lovely employee by name of SISSY, decided to tell me that I had no common sense because my package wasn’t taped. When I bought my return label for my package, the directions from the company clearly stated do not worry about taping your package, just show them your QR code and they will handle it for you. Unfortunately SISSY decided to tell me that I had no common sense because how is a package supposed to ship without it being taped. Almost forced me into buying tape when the return label easily sealed the package anyway. So this is how the US government likes to treat people. You all should be ashamed of yourself that you think it’s appropriate to treat people that way. You should find a new employee.
