USAA already claim accepted, for the damage caused by his insured, now is rolling to 9 months and I still have my car broken because USAA not paid to fix the damage caused for his insured. Worse company. Are you in this post looking for insurance? Go find different one..

Used to be service oriented. We’ve had nothing but issues and now looking for a new bank and insurer. They are no longer a special place for the military to trust their lives to. Really sad.

I'm a lifelong member of USAA but have slowly been moving all insurance and financial services to other companies due to their continual decline in customer support. "We know what it means to serve" has become a complete joke and a slap in the face to all service members. I highly doubt anyone at USAA will read or respond to this given what I just said above. I'm posting this as a warning to everyone out there considering using them

I usually have excellent customer service with USAA but they are falling on their faces with my insurance claim !!! No call backs after 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of someone then they want to get an attitude after I requested they call me back rather than put me on hold for another 10 minutes !

I think it’s a bit disgraceful to say you support veterans with the service that is provided over the last few years. I’ve been a member for 30 years. I had issues with my claim in 2021 with the freeze and damage with the power outage in Texas. Now it’s unfortunately a new claim after hail damage and broken windows and need for a new roof. There is always someone new contacting you who has no idea anything about your claim. Clearly they read nothing. We had Brooke who never answered and now today a call from Nicole. I of course can’t get Nicole to answer or call back. I may have hit the wrong option and ended up with a supervisor, Carmen. That probably should have been a good thing. My call should be reviewed. She was quite rude and unprofessional. Given this service and the lack of knowledge and professionalism by this company, I think I unfortunately have no option but to start looking for a new insurance company at the end of this claim. It’s especially frustrating to see a company stating they support veterans when I don’t see it where it counts.

Raised my insurance premiums for the third year in a row and cannot justify why they’ve increased them 30%. They were supposed to go down when I turned 25…

USAA customer damaged my vehicle. The customer was very intent on having my vehicle repaired correctly. USAA not so much. You talk to a "claims" representative, but their first action is to try to deny coverage or the complete amount of coverage needed. Then will accuse you of being dishonest about reporting the damage your vehicle sustained to get out of paying in full. Try to talk to a manager and you get the run around. Asks why would you need to talk to a manager? Basically they will not transfer you to a supervisor and use delay tactics.Erica at ext 78817 was not sure what side of my vehicle was damaged, but was denying coverage. Jared first acted as if he was a manager, then accused me of being dishonest and would not transfer me to his supervisor when I asked was he the manager?Local auto body shop did an excellent job repairing the damage. USAA will not pay them the full amount of the repairs. USAA never saw the vehicle in person. Did not send an adjuster out to inspect the vehicle, but now are denying repair costs because they know better.I would encourage USAA users to change insurance company before they are left paying out of pocket for what you pay premiums to cover.
