TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE WERE 2 EMOYEES AT THE FROM DOOR WENT I ENTERED THE STORE. I WAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE ENTIRE STORE. NONODY ASOSDTED ME WISH ANYTHING. I ADKED ONEOG THELADIES FOR HELP. SHE SHOWED ME WHERE THE SHORTS WERE AND WALKED AWAY. I WALKED THROUGH THE ENTIRE STORE AND NOT ONE PERSON ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP. AFTER I DECIDED TO LEAVE BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS SOOOO BAD, ONE EMPLOYEE ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. I TOLD HER I NEEEDEDHELP BEFORE I WALKED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE STORE. THE ASST MAMAGER DIDN'T LIKE MY TIME SO SHE DID ME SHE WAS GOING TO CALL SECURITY. NOW THE MANAGET COMES OUT AND ASKS IF I NEED HELP. NO I DON'T. BUT THANK YOU. WE WAITED FOR SECURITY. I ECPLAINED TO HIM ERST HAPPENED AND HELP ASKEDME TO LEAVE SO THEY DO DON'T GIVE ME TRESSPASSING. MEEDLESS TO SAT, I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THREATENED TO CALL SECURITY BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SERVICE.

The service in this place is trash. Was going to buy some new things as I have lost weight and as soon as I walked in, I was met with a total imbecile who had no interest in helping clients. Not sure what this location is doing but would avoid. Money needs to be valued. You either get that or you work at this Urban Outfitters.

I went tonight and bought clothes for my daughter. I think this store is pricey especially since the clothes are not good quality. Fashionable yes but not good quality. The cashier was so-so in terms of customer service. I had registered myself earlier in order to receive my first 10% discount. She said no because I didn’t registered with her. I’m disappointed. You guys have just lost a customer. Too many stores out there. Bye!

My recent visit to Urban Outfitters was a chill shopping experience. The store's laid-back vibe made browsing a breeze, and I stumbled upon some cool clothing and accessories. The staff was super friendly and gave great fashion tips. Checkout was a breeze, and I even signed up for their rewards program for future deals. All in all, it was a relaxed and enjoyable shopping trip at Urban Outfitters.
