The young man working today was outstanding in his prefoessionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and going out of his way with thoughtfulness and awareness for my needs.
I am so grateful for the whole experience.
The store is very visible and clean. If you need their email to forward any docs, they have their email printed clearly and largely on laminated paper for you to use. It saves time and minimizes communication errors if it were given verbally.
This will be my new print and shipping location.

I have to ship for work frequently and this office is by far the best UPS store I have ever been to. The owner is in there daily making sure everyone has a good experience. Ronnie is also one of the employees who always goes above and beyond! This store rocks!

I walked into this place of business myself and another young lady looking to get serviced I noticed there was a gentleman and Asian woman servicing two other individuals each….the gentleman finished with his customer before the Asian woman which in turn was able to service the young lady that was before me by the time the Asian woman finished with her customer she looked at me w/ out speaking to let me know that she would be right with me or hello sir thanks for stopping by nothing but a cold look and walked straight to the back of the store l waited for a long period of time she finally walked back to the front of the store ask me if I need help l told her yes as l walked to the counter to get serviced she walked back to the back of the store and left me standing there at the counter waiting for her for another 15m her coworker had to call her back to the front for me to be seen he told her to her face (why did you call him here to the counter and leave him standing here the only thing she did in return was laugh I didn’t get an apology or my mistake or I was busy just nothing except a sarcastic smirk and laugh I am very very angry customer service was absolutely horrible just horrible how do you treat a paying customer this way I’ll never return there again as long as she’s there and l will let others know how bad l was treated absolutely disgusting and ridiculous!!!!!

I called and asked if she would do notary service. She said yes only then I came. The two personal made me wait even when I was ahead in the queue. She mentioned another guy will do it once he is done with another customer. After waiting for 10 mins, guy tell her to inform that they cannot do it as they are busy … totality pathetic service!!

The store manager is really helpful. He is always smiling and welcoming.
I do returns and packing on every weekend. He doesn't charge me for unnecessary things.
Lot of patience among associates they helped me with the long printing/copies/documentation processes for almost an hour.
Good store ?

Viren Is so rude, And racist with Latino people who don't speak English well my family was tried to use the translator and he said no that we learned the language that we are in the United States he is an immigrant but he treats everyone else super badly

The owner of the store processes my return requests beyond their closing hours. I had some technical problem with my Amazon returns but he was able to wait for me even after closing hours. The young lady and the owner are very sweet and humble. Very hard working people!
