7-21-24: The gentleman that helped me today was extremely friendly ? and helpful. He put a “Fragile” sticker on my package ? to help guarantee it’s safe arrival to my customer. Will definitely be back to use this location.

Had to return wrong product sent to me from online retailer. Taped return label thing to box.... I dropped it off here... was literally in store for like 30 seconds and they gave me reciept to prove I shipped it.. very easy and quick

Went in Saturday for a notary service, told the notary was off and would be there on Sunday. Went Sunday, the notary didn’t bring his book! Very inconvenient and poor customer service.

I love this store. They have a self service drop at front of store. It's so easy, and I've never had a problem. Personnel are very nice.

Don't expect much out of this place, go there to pickup a package, " oh we don't know where it is? Sorry, but you can call the number on the back of the slip the driver left on your door to come here to get it. Call number, need the tracking number which isn't provided, call the store, "oh, you can go to the website and use the numbers on the bottom of the form then it will provide the tracking number for you and then you can figure out where your package is." So then what the F is the point of a Store front with an integrated system? Point being don't waste a drive if, until you actually haven't confirmed it's at the store which you can do from home. The driver notices mean nothing, and the chodes there are only meant to greet with a smile, only training required.

David and crew are the best. I drop off multiple packages daily and am always greeted and taken care of. The only downside (which is now true of ALL UPS Store franchises and not just this one) is the Amazon returns. They are time consuming and cause delays for people wanting to ship parcels. It’s a difficult for them to manage. Keep up the good work folks.
