I fought through rush hour traffic for an hour to get to this location by 6:28 and with 2 minutes to spare and the guy saw me pull up to the parking spot and locked the door and wouldn’t let me in. I tried calling and he refused to answer or talk to me. I just need to pick up a package. I would have been out of there before 6:30 and he wouldn’t even let me in.

Something shady is going on at this store. Was told there’s a $5 fee for prepaid and pre-packaged UPS package…. What’s the point of pre paying if you have to then pay at the store…? Was then told I couldn’t drop off my pre-packaged and labeled Amazon return without paying a fee too…. Amazon already got rid of this… you can go to another UPS store and do all this without extra fees… if this store is struggling this bad might reconsider using someone else to ensure it gets to its destination

Jon Damon, the owner, Matt, the manager, and their entire team were absolutely INCREDIBLE! I took a bike there to be shipped across the country. Not only did they handle it all and make it super easy for me, Jon called me hours later to say he fit it into an even smaller box and wanted to refund me $150!! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and really went out of their way to help me and save me money. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Came in for a notary.Requested my ID as I was the individual needing a document notarized, had me sign in and stated to wait for a notary. She then proceeds to go to the back. The notary on site did not acknowledge us as we waited.In comes an elder couple needing a notary and was assisted right away. My husband then inquired if the gentleman helping the elder couple was the notary on site and the young lady proceeded with “yes”. This is all while he is already assisting this couple disregarding the fact that we waited for so long.The front clerk then tells the notary that we’ve been waiting which everyone clearly saw. There was literally one other person in the store just making copies? Why else would we be standing there.The notary comes over to us with his head down then says to us “oh, well I didn’t know if you guys were waiting for more people?”Are you serious? The clerk literally asked for the ID of the person that needs their document notarized and puts it in the system?Pure negligence.I am a notary myself and I can tell you that he didn’t match the name on my ID to the document nor asked what document he was signing. Just signed it and said “ring them up for $6”As a business owner, this stuff gets under my skin.

Pathetic service, poorly trained staff... Lying to get your business.. Go with FedEx or USPS instead, or choose a different UPS location. Had to call the next day since my package never left their location, horrible management...

The staff member who eventually helped us was friendly and professional. He didn't seem very good at packing a variety of small boxes into a larger box efficiently, but that's fine, they got there eventually. However, two separate times, we were standing at the front of the line and another staff member in the middle of the room called the customer physically closest to him, who was behind us in line! If there was an explanation, we never got it. Very annoying.

Amazon sent doubles and triples of an item, all of which needed to be returned. (Each with a separate scan code/method of return)I arrived with about 15 returns. Matt and another male associate were very friendly and helpful and made sure everything got sorted.Much appreciated, especially during the holidays! Thank you!

Needed my vaccine card before a trip to Canada. My dad 2nd day aired it on a Tuesday and this location apparently held onto it until Thursday before sending it out so the 2 days of shipments would get the package here the following Tuesday (due to a holiday on Monday). When I called to get my $40 back because they held the package for 2 days unnecessarily, they said, sorry we don't do refunds on 2nd day air even though it was their mistake that it ended up being 7 day air lol. Save all of your money and go to fed ex! Even usps probs could have gotten it here earlier than 7 days.

I dropped off a return 10 days ago but apparently they still haven’t sent it out. The tracking status is still “Label Created,” with no indication whatsoever of when it’ll be in transit let alone delivered.

good customer service but I had to pay to print ONE shipping label and I have never had to pay to print a shipping label at any other UPS store
