Stay away from this store. Just look at the reviews and it explains it all. none of the employees wanna be there and it’s obvious.
The employees working couldn’t care less to help you. Came here to get a handwritten document notarized and the guy behind the counter was rude from the get-go. He told us that he was not allowed to notarize a handwritten document. Clearly a quick Google search would reveal these documents are allowed in Texas.
The document was a simple receipt, one page, wasn’t trying to get mortgage documents or anything notarized. I don’t know what he did last night, but he definitely wasn’t firing on all cylinders today. Very disappointing, had to take my business down the street and have a notary who knew what they were doing do the work for me.
Just look at all the other reviews and you will see what you’re dealing with at this location.

The guy working there today was rude from the moment I walked up to the counter. He wouldn’t let me return something to Amazon because he couldn’t see where the shipping sticker had been applied to the box. Amazon chooses to ship in the original packaging, but because I can cleanly remove a shipping label, this kid won’t let me return it without a spot of sticky residue on the box. He was rude and condescending the whole time. I won’t be back to this store as long as he’s working there.

My company does a lot of business at this location until today. The customer service I received today from a couple of kids who are covering for the summer was truly disappointing, if not down right rude.
I always receive great customer service from the gentleman with the long blonde hair and others. I can normally give them the return slip on my phone and they scan and print them. Today I'm told that they can't do that, I would have to pay to have them print it or use their printer. I've never done that before! He also told me I have to tape my boxes up, which mostly no one has done even when it is super busy on Saturdays and they always do it. Poor little thing, so overworked with no customers in the store, sorry to disturb you. He even tried to tell me what that the other guy would say the same thing if he were there! Excuse me, but, no he would not because he knows how to treat his customers, everyone of us!!
It wasn't that I had to pay for the printer or tape up the boxes, it was the delivery of the message. He did tape the box and I appreciate it but the lip service while doing it was a bit much and rude.
Thanks for the tape but you really need some customer service training especially for your regular customers.
The great customer service gentleman with the long blonde hair will be back in August. I won't use this UPS store until then.

I fought through rush hour traffic for an hour to get to this location by 6:28 and with 2 minutes to spare and the guy saw me pull up to the parking spot and locked the door and wouldn’t let me in. I tried calling and he refused to answer or talk to me. I just need to pick up a package. I would have been out of there before 6:30 and he wouldn’t even let me in.

I had my stuff stolen here. Called the cops to review footage and all of a sudden the camera footage was deleted. The boy who did it was red, shaking, stuttering over his words, and would not make eye contact. OBVIOUS SIGNS THAT SOMEONE IS GUILTY !!!! Yes, this was months ago when a red headed manager worked there. The boy probably doesn’t worked there anymore. I just want people aware of this location, do not trust these people with handling your belongings when doing a return!

Something shady is going on at this store. Was told there’s a $5 fee for prepaid and pre-packaged UPS package…. What’s the point of pre paying if you have to then pay at the store…? Was then told I couldn’t drop off my pre-packaged and labeled Amazon return without paying a fee too…. Amazon already got rid of this… you can go to another UPS store and do all this without extra fees… if this store is struggling this bad might reconsider using someone else to ensure it gets to its destination
