They charge to print out labels!!! Unbelievable so unhelpful. I’m always shipping things out and the UPS stores I go to don’t charge to print out a label. Not coming back. The lady with the ponytail and glasses was rude.

I Gave them my package and I told the representative inside of the package was one phone and two Apple watches but when my friend received the package there wasn't inside and UPS STOLEN THEM.when I called them and talked to Ashley's manager, she said she would check but after one month she said we couldn't do anything.DON'T TRUST UPS AND THEY ARE Lier and will steal your stuff.I told Ashley I needed to talk to your manager and she said my manager doesn't have a phone number and they will call you.no one called me(another lie).i report them to Plano police and i will not let them stealing the items from people and don't be responsible.

Absolute scam location- wanted to charge me over $1,000 to ship an item that would normally cost 75% less than that for overnight air. UPS stores being independently owned is a huge problem for price gouging at different locations. Avoid this location at all costs.

Very rude.
Updated 08/27/2023. It's $1.5 per a b&w label print. fed ex label print is free or can get 20 cent each at their kiosk. Worst service w.r.t to label print.
