Rachna was super nice
I was running late and called to see if I could still in bring the package. The store stayed opened for additional 7min. I reached after they closed at 0807pm. They saved me big time by taking the package. Hats off to their team

The energy was nice. Went in and out. I loved the fact that there was a new employee that got excited thst she did something g on her own. Made me feel nice.

Always… At their busiest times they have one person working. People were out the door today, Friday after 6pm, and they literally have one person working at this location. If you have to go, go on a weekday in the middle of the day. No customers are there and they have three people working.

Contents of package stolen right after I shipped it. Package was delivered with only the paper form that was included inside. $500 out the window.

Not impressed with their services. I've been to plenty of UPS stores before and nobody has ever charged me $2 for using a tape. I understand it's store policy but it is very distasteful.

I wanted to print photos for passport. I was told I could use a self-served desktop to print it by myself. Then, I swapped credit card, opened the desktop, logged into my email, and hit the print button. But obviously it’s was printed on a paper not a real photo.
Then, I double checked with the stuff that I wanted real photos. The stuff told me they couldn’t print real photos. The stuff should have told me earlier when I said I wanted to print photos at the beginning. Or doesn’t “print a photo” refer to a real photo now?
BTW clearly their ad posters showed passport & license photos. I was really confused. I was charged for nothing. Can I get a refund?

Just want to take the time to express my deepest gratitude, for an amazing customer service at the UPS store in Spring Creek. Brandy customer service was amazing. She goes above and beyond to take care of the customers.

This store has been declining at a fast speed over the last several months. Their manager is rude, unhlepful and irresponsible. A package was left on Monday, May 6 there. Four days later it is still unscanned. They have no explanation, no apology, no excuse. They would not let you know their system is not currently working so that you can go to another UPS store. Instead, they accept the items and keep them for days because the owner is greedy not to lose the money. Those episodes are becoming now very frequent at this store. The manager hangs off the phone on you.
