I haven't seen a business before with uniformly positivity from sales to service to administration. I ordered new equipment along with disassembly, transport and reassembly services. The service crew consisting of Thor and Giraffe were prompt, friendly and completed their tasks quickly, competently and with no damage to my home. Recently purchased pool table and from the salesperson Mr. Bardol to the two guys who delivered and set up the table ( Thor and Billy), everything went perfect. Highly recommend.

After shopping around at other billiard stores, we ultimately chose Universal Billiards for their great service, several customizable options, competitive price, quality guaranteed products and warranty and the comfort of knowing they’ve been around since 1995. The sales team was super nice and delivery of our table only took a couple of days! The delivery crew, Billy and Thor were on time, professional, very careful with unloading the table and hauling it upstairs to our game room. Great experience all around!

Walking into the Plano Showroom we were greeted by Preston who took excellent care of us. Walked through options and packages with us. We left excited about our new purchase.Come delivery day, Thor and Billy were awesome. Super nice and great attitude! They even let my four year old son help with the set up. And by help, I mean watch them and make commentary. The table looks amazing and they left the room immaculate. I will recommend Universal Billiards to everyone I know. Great experience overall!

We visited a number of Billiard locations in Dallas/Plano for a table. We were most fortunate to wind up at the Plano location. Preston was great and his selling approach was uniquely different as he came up with some creative solutions that really worked for us. Thor and Giraffe installed our table yesterday. They're obviously are well versed in delivery and installation. They were helpful in table placement, careful in their assembly and professional in their final installation. Enjoy the wade fishing in Montana. Our Universal Billiards experience was great from start to finish.

The entire experience was great, starting with Andrew at the Plano location. He helped us pick the perfect the right pool table for us. Even with myself being very picky about the color of the wood.We are over the moon with how amazing our pool table turned out. Thor and Hopper came out a few hours earlier which was perfect for us! Once they got here they went straight to work and got it all set up fast! Thor went over all the things to know about the pool table, which was very helpful! Hopper cleaned up all the boxes and left no mess behind. Thank you guys so much for your hard, but fast and efficient work!! 10/10 will definitely recommend y’all to our friends/family in the future.

We had such a great experience with Universal Billiards! We were looking for a shuffleboard and had a lot of questions. Preston was extremely helpful and friendly! Thor and Giraffe delivered it to our house. They were so nice and did such a good job setting everything up and showing us how to do everything. We will definitely be going back to Universal Billiards for our next game room purchase!
