Inquired online about a car and then set up an appointment for the next day. The dealership was very large and had a lot of nice cars, many very high end more than what I was looking for. *********** was ******* he was very polite and not pushy. I ended up getting another vehicle than originally going in for that he recommended and I could not be happier with my decision and his recommendation. They have ************* and variety to choose from. Also the financing was very quick never had a car deal done faster. Thanks to ******* and ***** in finance.

Overall, they did a fantastic job fixing the hail damage to my vehicles. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because their communication needs improvement. I would contact the office with a question and no one would answer. I left messages and would not receive a follow up call to answer that question. Overall, I had a positive experience with this business and if any of my vehicles were to be damaged again by hail, I would certainly use them again.

!!WOW!! I am getting texts to remove the bad review about Hail Pros!!! Hail Pros Kept my vehicle for DAYS!!! Hail Pros did NO REPAIRS ON HAIL DAMAGE!!! They only kept the vehicle to charge storage fees. So, I'm out almost $3000, no repairs and my vehicle has a funky smell because the left my windows down in the rain!! Next step: media consumer investigation. Kept all paperwork from Hail pros including the disclaimer I was forced to write before I got my keys!!
