This is the worst experience I’ve ever received from UCars. I am a former customer that has used them in the past. Just recently went back to them and got approved only for the car not to be available.Contacted them today to see if I can rent one of their new vehicles only to be told that my profile isn’t coming up??? And that Uber rejected me? I haven’t driven for Uber since 2016 or 2017; but the customer service guy kept saying that Uber profile has my current number which is not true because I didn’t have this number when I used Uber.But he created me another profile and refused to let me speak to his boss stating he busy??? As if I’m not a customer?I asked to speak to Mike but I haven’t spoken to him yet, but he did text. Mike was nice when I worked with him last time, and he responded quickly. I’m not sure why the delay now or why he hasn’t return my car. Hopefully because the message wasn’t given to him?We will see if I get a response

I'm enjoying my experience renting from them. Vehicle was almost brand new, lots of rider compliments. Customer service is friendly and good to work with.

I normally rent from Avis to drive a car for Uber. I made the mistake of trying this place. They charge $400 a week to rent a car and you have to use their toll tag. They charge $5 a day as an extra fee when using the tolls. They don't refund your $250 security deposit after returning the car. I would never return here again even if it was the only place left in the DFW area to rent a car. I will stick with Avis .DON'T RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.

They are very poor in communication and if they do, they don't solve anything. I had been trying to resch this company over two months. Now that I succeeded three days ago; and made it today, 10/19/2023. 1) Thier rent is very expensive; for a 2016 Toyota Camry $378 + $15 for a deductible of $200.2) The was dirty; 3) It has break issue;4) Transmission problem 5) Lyft would not aprove it with State Registration of 10/23 even though I tried for 5 hours. U-Cars officers were unable to help me.

Guys don’t rent from this company there customer service is the worst ever and they are always pressuring you about the payment as soon as your past due by a day they shut the car down no matter where you are at they will disable the car every chance they get. They try act like if your made of money charging you $400 a week for hea car that you are only allowed to use around your surrounding areas.Companies like this should be banned and dismantled for ripping ppl off and charging so much a car….Taking advantage of people.I am reading the reviews on here and guys I want to help you all save money I as well have experienced being explited on the whole roll tag fee s

They provide a much needed service and if you’re rideshare eligible and just have issues with you vehicle or just need a new one for work or just need a simi temporary vehicle to hold you over this is the place.

Rude customer serviceThey hide the actual cost on the phone or text to get you on the shop$5 daily charges for toll tag usage only , you are not allowed to use your own tag!!!

The prices shown or given by sms from them it’s not what they gonna tell you when you go to their office plus the toll tag fee even you have your own

Will charge you unnecessary fees for tolls. Then Tanner will play on the phone ask for someone other than Tanner. Or just go to the store for any issues.
