I just visited here to drop off a DHL package, and the experience was really great. The person who helped me (I think he name was Greg), was really kind and helpful. I’d stop by here again to drop off a package!

I started having my mail delivered here because the US Postal Service apparently cannot seem place my mail into my mailbox at their facility. Since then, my mail has been perfect. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. One of the biggest stressors in my life (not getting my mail, or having it constantly misplaced) has been eliminated. I couldn't be more relieved.

Customers beware: there is a $5 minimum purchase here for all debit and credit cards. When the employee made me aware of this, for me $1.50 purchase, she suggested I use cash... In the midst of a global pandemic... Very sad. I told her I'd rather pay the $5 than potentially spread a life threatening virus.

I have been sending things from there via USPS and other options, and I also used the shredding service once. This is definitely the most convenient solution for mailing/sending things. I never go to the post office anymore. Price differences (if any) really don't matter. Your time is more precious and there is never a long wait there. You can also buy stamps there and many other items. The customer service is great. Very friendly and helpful and I have my details in their system, so I don't have to provide them each time.

The man who waited on my wife today was very rude and dismissive. There is no reason to act like this. We are long time customers but may reconsider doing business with this person in the future.

I was really glad to find this place because I haven't seen any FedEx/UPS drop boxes in Plano. They accept UPS & FedEx packages here, and helped me get a bunch of Amazon returns out. Very friendly & helpful!

Good customer service begins with informing the customer of the potential cost. Simply taking a 50 pg document to scan and then charging $1.00 per page is extremely poor service!
