It's a great car wash; however, there have been two price hikes in the last couple of years, and their hand washes are now, in my opinion, too expensive. I understand inflation, but you have just priced me out of your market.

Never going to another cash wash!
I don’t know how they managed to get my cloth seats cleaned, but they did. Car smells great, looks incredible for a 10 year old car, feels so clean on the inside. Thanks Whitney and team!!

Been using them for years on all high end vehicles, always great. The store manager has even made sure some jobs were touched up before being out the door, she cares about how things leave. Steven made sure.

You can get a car wash almost anywhere but if you want the best professional job and where the employer and employees care and do a a fantastic job then this is the place.

Was priced similar to other places. Went on a Sunday and got the highest level exterior wash. Was only 20 bucks. They did have people to dry the car and had no problem getting a large SUV through the car wash.
BUT the cleaning was incomplete. Had dead bugs on the front of the car, dirt/grime on the mirrors and windshield still had dirt on it. Came right off at home with soap and water. But washing the car was what I was trying to avoid.
Probably good in a pinch, but not a thorough cleaning.

Horrible and impatient staff that yell at you, then use the excuse their staff does not speak English as a reason to yell at anyone in any language.

We’ve been coming to Tommy’s for roughly 3 years. I can honestly say their cleaning skills and thoroughness has decreased. This last time we’ve went, they did not dust anything nor vacuum the truck out good. The bumper still had mud. It has not been a terrific experience these last 3 times going.
