Pouria was so rude , walked in with high hopes of purchasing a new Toyota Tacoma. When greeted w his awful attitude and slick comments Instantly took my business elsewhere before even entering the building. Toyota of Dallas was great though!

Our salesman Jay Lee is amazing ! He is very polite, honest and professional. He was respectful throughout the process and pleasant to do business again with. After he helped me to purchased my first car in 2017, I contacted back to him again to purchase my new Sienna 2024 because thr impresion he left the first time was the best. Jay is very informative and made sure my husband and I were comfortable with our decisions without imposing instead guiding us. I would highly recommend Jay Lee when you visit Toyota of Plano, you will not be dissapointed !

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership last weekend, Nov. 4. Everyone I worked with was helpful and kind. My buying experience went as smoothly as possible. I worked with Sobia Malik over the phone. She was professional and efficient in helping me secure and hold the vehicle I wanted. I spoke with Mark Miller to confirm the reservation and price. I was flying out to buy the vehicle and I appreciate Mark and Sobia's help to make sure everything was in order for me when I arrived. Sobia was right inside the door for me when I arrived. She helped me get settled and allowed me to test drive the car. After the drive, I worked with Sobia and Rafael Mora to get all the paperwork and finances in order. I was interested in the warranty options available for the car and Rafael was able to help me understand the different options. Sobia and Rafael were very friendly and helped to make me feel comfortable throughout the process. When everything was ready for me to go, Sobia helped attach my temporary plates and sat with me to make sure I understood everything about using the menus in my car and connecting my phone to ensure I had safe drive home. I'm very happy with the vehicle I got and my experience with Toyota of Plano. Thank you to everyone who I worked with.

Staff is extremely kind and punctual and overall the best! Waiting room is clean, check in is easy and checking out is easy and quick and I always leave with a washed car. My experience on my appointments have been nothing but extraordinary! Great job Plano Toyota!!

They’re a bit on pricey side but, I am always happy with service provided by Toyota. Waiting area is nice with coffee and water provided. They need more TVs and need to have some free snacks with an upgraded coffee system to offer cappuccinos and lattes. For the prices they charge, that have the ability to upgrade coffee.Service department is great, they always fix my issues, repair and maintain my car! They wash and leave it in excellent condition, I like taking my car there and feel the difference in driving immediately!! Great customer service and experience.

First of all I just want to say Alex was very nice and super helpful. He helped me find a truck that best fit my needs and also that had everything that I needed. The place is really nice, everyone was super helpful with the whole process. If you guys need a new car Alex is your guy !

It was amazing!The experience with Roberto was very cool!He made the most favorable offer for us!At first we only wanted to know the price, we didn't even think of buying it here and now, but Roberto is an excellent sales manager! He did everything quickly in 2 hours we not only drove out of the showroom with a new car, but also gave them the old car back!Thank you very much to the Toyota of Plano team!Great sales and generous customers In the future!

Pouria and Matt from sales were very patient and got me the deal that I needed. I recommend working with them and will be coming back again for one of dad’s car for trade in.Rafael from finance was very supportive and cooperative. Horrible. I got service here and even went back because my check engine light came on right after . When I returned I explained the situation to one of they're OWN mechanics ... said there was nothing wrong so I took a picture of him because I just had a feeling .Sure enough ...they almost messed my car by forgetting the most basic thing , the oil cap. My car engine could of blown if I didn't catch it . To make matters worse I had a trip to Austin the next day . Imagine if I would of taken they're word for it . Next thing I know there was oil all on my car . I had to come out of pocket for a tow truck for no reason .They're so unprofessional / negligent I might as well take my car to a small quick and go oil shop.

My experiences were over a month ago.... So have had time to think about this review. It's not reactionary...Extremely poor communication. No sense of customer awareness. I believe they throw the maximum at the customer both in terms of trying to sell a car the customer does not need AND services that the car does not require, and then see what the customer will bite off on. Never say never, but I will do my very best to never do business there again.

Ordered parts yesterday & was told I do not need a tracking number & I would receive a call regarding my parts arriving today. Called at 2:50pm, because I hadn't heard anything (they close at 3:00) and was transferred to the receptionist 4 times...I asked if I could come pick up my parts today/tomorrow, and they're closed...... Now- having to wait until Monday and I'm unable to drive without those parts- this is ridiculous, why the hell did I pay to get it here by today just to wait until Monday????? Laziness at its finest.

I took my 2023 Toyota car into the service dept. for a airbag recall, and asked about the provisions for something like this regarding how I would be taking care off with this situation, and my response was that there were currently no solution to the airbag recall as of now. I then asked about the lemon law and of further provisions of returning the vehicle because it was brand new, simply because I didn't want to drive and be unsafe with the call of the airbag and I was told that I could leave the vehicle there until they find a solution, but then I asked if I would receive a rental that they had to get an approval for the next morning to be no charge to me. So I waited to the next morning and got the okay to pick up a rental. When I came in I was asked for my credit card for the rental and made responsible for any miles over 150 a day, toll fees if I needed to travel through this tolls and other outstanding fees. I should not be charged for anything that is inconveniencing me from driving my vehicle that Toyota should be responsible for because of their recall and Safety issues with no solution to even fix the problem.I also mentioned that I had a cognitive disability and needed to use my reasonable accommodations by receiving everything in writing and a copy of there policy & procedures when it came to recalls and need to be explained the steps of what my options were. I was told I had to go back to the sells man that sold me the car, which was at a different Toyota Dealership location and was given nothing I asked requested.I never heard of this!! They told me that I would have had to had my airbag light on to turn back in the vehicle or sell it back to them even though they did not have a solution and the vehicle was unsafe to drive in.My experience was confusing and unjustified. And I will be contacting Headquarters regarding this matter.However the service guy Jonathan Smith was very generous and kind with doing my first maintenance service of a tire rotation, and get me the rental.
