Excellent Service at Toyota of Plano!
I recently had a fantastic experience with the service department at Toyota of Plano. The staff was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured my vehicle was serviced promptly and efficiently. I left feeling confident and satisfied with the work done. They increase price by $2 - 4k after you confirm availability. That’s just playing games. Until you get a good $4k in price reduction, don’t agree to buy. Also, Toyota recently made a huge recall. Hyundai is the go-to car now. Toyota is trying to cash in on the brand with playing less than honorable tricks with their customers.

If I could I would give 0 stars..My husband and I bought a Corolla 2020 SE nightshade about 2 weeks ago(Friday 8/23/24 to be exact) Since day two (Saturday) We felt a weird shaking when accelerating and he Immediately texted the sales rep that helped us with the purchase, he told my husband to bring the car to the shop on Monday (he texted him on Saturday noon). We took the car on Monday and they requested us to leave it there, next day they told him it was ready, went to test it out and the problem was still there. Supposedly it was unbalanced wheels, they “proceeded” to balance the wheels and change them for new ones.. which they didn’t give us any proof or service paperwork for ANYTHING. After being told that, We went to test the car and the problem was still there, nothing changed so we went back into the dealership and this time the Lead Service Manager went with us and he actually drove the car and he felt the shaking and asked us to leave the car and put us on a rental for 3 days. The days went by nothing was said until My husband ask the Salesman about the car and they told us to come by and pick it up.. the service manager ended up telling us it is something “normal” and all corollas do the shaking and that the more mileage the car has the more noticeable it is. Which is a LIE, the rental that they gave us was same model just a different year and it didn’t feel that way, again they didn’t gave us ANY report or proof about what they “did” to the car those days and now the problem has gotten worse. NEVER BUYING AGAIN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. We went there thinking that because they are a “Toyota” dealership the cars would be in better shape and with no problems. We don’t even think they check the cars before selling them..My husband was looking at my car few days ago (before selling it), he realized that the air filter was INCREDIBLE DURTY. We really think they only take the cars do a quick wash on the outside and vacuum the interior before put them to sale without any maintenance work being done.
I also try to call the general management that “answers” the reviews and he never accepts the calls.
OF COURSE we were not happy, we even try to trade the car in for a new model and they only gave us the option to trade it in for another preowned car with ever more Millage at a ridiculous price. It was like a take or leave type of deal so we ended up selling the car to a different dealership, different brand (sold on 9/6 to be exact) Even tho we have lost a considerable amount on money in the trade in. We now have a brand new car and peace of mind. THINK TWICE OR EVEN THREE TIMES BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Top notch service! Chris Boyer in sales and KC in finance work awesome to work with! They went above and beyond going as far as to deliver the vehicle several hours away, picking up two trade-ins which they were giving more trade in value than the competitors were, making it more convenient and financially sensible for myself versus traveling OVER 50% farther for less trade-in value, which would have totaled five hours each way for myself. Thanks TEAM! Much appreciated! Highly recommended for your Toyota needs!

Toyota of Plano exceeded my expectations & gave me the best car buying experience I have ever had! Not only were they very nice & professional, but they were able to get me into a newer car with paying around the same payment that I was paying prior.
