Initially skeptical of insurance disparities, Jason from Toyota Insurance proved me wrong. He secured a quote slashing my premium by $300 and dropping my deductible from $500 to $100. Now, my family enjoys enhanced coverage and significant savings. Toyota Insurance, through Jason, exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended!

Terrible. If I could give it a 0 I would. I’m currently at the end of an auto claim but the service is so bad I would suggest anyone to just pay the extra money and get insurance anywhere else. It may be cheaper with Toyota but I’m telling you it is not worth it. Rude agents and none of them know how to help you. I’ve been trying to finish up my claim on a car that was totaled out since January but the customer service is complete garbage. Nobody knows how to answer a phone nor do they know how to help with anything. Not even able to connect me to the correct person to help my needs.

It is an Insurance that does not provide assistance after 9 pm. You can only have problems and require assistance if it is from 9 am to 9 pm, otherwise they never respond.

unprofessional. hung up the phone, then proceeded to text me "toyota insurance" thats it, nothing else so i say i need insurance and they just reply "toyota insurance" they hired actual morons here and wont hesitate to WASTE YOUR TIME.

The insurance coverage is good, but the customer support is horrendous. Long wait times after going through multiple call menus. When you request a call back, the agent cannot help you with the billing issue and transfers you to another number with another long wait time. The website to manage your account is missing key features about payment options. I love Toyota...just wish their insurance sales and website were as good as their vehicles.

I'm not happy with the service at all. It's not enough I didn't receive the full refund, the person I spoke would not explain the reason for partial refund and would not give me straight answers to my straight questions. Would run and go around to avoid telling me the truth.
