So last weekend I went to pick up my order and they gave me someone else's order. I was parked at the curbside service. The team member even checked my ID before giving me my order. I didn't think I had to double check the order before driving home. I am a regular a customer for over 4 years. So I ended up having to wait till Monday to get my correct order and to make an extra drive back to the store to bring back the incorrect order and get my correct order.

I was searching for a particular Italian Pinot Grigio Sparkling Wine (Lunaria) and found it here! It turned out to be the ideal accompaniment to the seafood linguine I made at home. Browsed through the aisles and left with more than I intended (mini bottles of Rumchata, as well as specialty foods such as Kalamata Olive Spread and Red Pepper Dip)but well worth it. Javae was the cashier. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. Will happily return to this location.

Last time I came in to this total wine one of the managers Yelled at the customer because one of his staff member was mopping. He said (MOVE DONT YOU SEE HES MOPPING) like how disrespectful. I proceeded to come back a couple months later and as soon as I walk I’m minding my business and looking for the good stuff this other manager that was there was harassing me and I told him I didn’t need his help but he insisted on staying there to watch what I was purchasing. To me they seem very racist to me Will never ever spend money here again . I will be calling corporate as well.

Horrible customer service. The lady at the register yelled at me in front of many other customers to tell me that next time take a manager's permission to get a box and don't take it by yourself. She was rude and had no respect for a customer and common sense that this is the kind of store where people come to buy supplies in larger quantities. And most need a box eventually like me if I am going to buy a dozen wines or something like that. If I have to enter the store where I am going to spend $600-700 minimum per my visit (that is my bill every time I go to a total wine) here but I need to first spend a good 5-10 minutes (that if you are lucky) to just finding a manager first to take permission to get the box to get started on my shopping here...what kind of process is that. Whoever has come up with this genius policy needs to be fired along with this lady at the register. Why so much importance to boxes in that pile and disrespectful treatment for your long time high ticket customer for those boxes.I don't think any customer would appreciate this treatment and would come again.
This is specific to the Plano location. I never had any bad experiences at any other Total Wine locations. Just finished $650 shopping at the Allen location.
