I absolutely love this location because I have the most AMAZING Boutique stylist Chelsea . She's always helpful and very informative, very much so patient and personable Love her BEAUTIFUL energy 💕💕. This is a very poor store. I had a very bad experience there and I would not recommend it for anybody. I like the company, but my experience at the store really was bad.

My favorite self-care stop! Nicki and the entire team at this location are truly the best. They take the utmost care and are so attentive, I never feel like I’m being rushed when shopping around or trying pieces on. Always the best.

Purchased a bag for my wife, only to find out it was damaged. Do not come here, they have extremely rude customer service.

Extremely terrible customer service and they gave me a damaged product, and had the audacity to say that it’s normal to have a tear on the bag, when it was brand NEW. Please do yourself a favor and do not visit this store. Absolutely trash.

Ask for Cici she’s the best. She’s attentive and active listener and cares about the customer experience. I was on the phone with my friend and the way she serviced my friend was incredible.

My mom and I went into the store today to return a pair of shoes. We encountered the worst customer service we have experienced. The 3 employees working were very unprofessional, very rude, and had no personality. We both have retail experience & you should always make the customer feel appreciated but that was not the case today. Will not be returning to this location.

Bought some shoes in November. They broke the third time I used them. No returns because it was past the return window. Unacceptable for this kind of “quality” and expensive shoes. Never buying this brand again

I have had the distinct pleasure of shopping with Sibyl (and her entire team) for what feels like a year and a half if not longer…?Let me just say, I have ALWAYS been handled with the utmost attention to detail, coddled with greetings, water or champagne… and I’ve come away with some of the most unique, one-of-a-kind, special pieces from TB.Whether I’m in store, shopping online or over the phone, traveling, etc. …Sibyl has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to locate items for not only me, but her 5-Star service overflowed to my Mother. To say she’s the BEST does not do her justice.Most of all, when Sibyl is not there- the other team members treat me with the utmost regard because they know I’m Sibyl’s customer.From her classy exquisite taste and eye, to her quirky fun human relatable personality- I LOVE Sibyl and will miss her dearly when I move out of state soon.She just gets it; she knows fashion, she knows the brand, she IS the brand, and she remembers our conversations and checks in on me when she hasn’t heard from me, and she just - CARES.This is by far THE BEST QOS TB store in all of Dallas!Thank you @Sibyl for always treating both myself and my princess Poochon (Mimi ?) like the royalty that we are.Not goodbye, but so long… ?PS- for any of the negative reviews: you may not like the ToryBurch in store return policy, but one must simply respect it. AND the staff here is actually very diverse; as a minority I can vouch that they are NOT racist. Depending on when/what time you shop you may not always see equal representation in an isolated point in time, but they have minorities on staff! If you frequent this location you will know this!

Just went to the store trying to exchange or return a pair of sneakers. The lady looked at the receipt and said I was past the 30 days. I called customer service and immediately issued my exchange in a very friendly way. The lady at the store looked at the date I made the purchase online but didn’t take into account it takes few days for the items to arrive via mail, serious!? Shut me down in a second. Well, I won’t be visiting your store girly.

First off, let me say this was the BEST FIRST TIME Experience EVER! The customer service is top tier but Nicki the manager gave the all around super fabulous experience. Me and my friend our from out of town and stoped in before our trip to “MIAMI” and we will definitely be stopping back in. The best part is when a person is attentive and has that humbleness about them it was just a “WOW” for me! Thank You Nicki babe for the experience!
