I entered the shop and walkedaround and no one came out to help me, there was 2 guys in the shop talking with each other then they helped a lady but no one came to ask me for what I need so I just left

I went to this shop this morning and the short Hispanic guy at this place was not professional at all and was very rude. He was on his phone the whole time. Since I first walked in, I noticed he was super unprofessional in the way he answered the only 2 questions that I had. He called me cheap for asking for a $5 discount. Really? I left the store without buying anything thanks to his attitude and disgusting behavior. I hope the owner reads this because it is employees like this that makes customers not want to come back.

This is a pretty good pawn shop they give my girl more than her stuff is worth because she pays back religiously.Its almost a monthly thing that I have paid back repeatedly.
